We are looking to add a key BD/Sales Professional to represent SSE and sell our Managed IT & Cyber Security services in the St. Louis area. This person will join a quality team, already serving a significant St. Louis base of clients.  We seek a sales professional with demonstrated “hunting” skills, who will find and manage new leads, develop relationships and close new logo business. This professional will help build and maintain the strong and trusted SSE image and reputation, and will be expected to manage a sales campaign from start to finish, focused on the executive level of decision maker.

We seek a strong engagement sales presence, someone who can engage prospects to discover, define and document their pressing business needs; who can effectively collaborate internally with technical resources to put together solutions and proposals; then effectively present IT solutions to win new business.


  • Individual with a strong understanding of business operations and decisions, and the ability to effectively communicate at the executive level.
  • The ability to speak to the value of partnership and sell the quality solution
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and a high energy level
  • Self-starter with motivation to constantly improve and meet long and short term goals
  • 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably solution-based selling
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • Established Business Network, and established success in the St. Louis market preferred
  • Knowledge of Salesforce software preferred
