We are hiring for a Regional Sales Manager to join our Sales organization in the Western United States.

  • Preferred locations: Southern California, Northern California, Phoenix, AZ
  • Other locations: Salt Lake City, UT, Portland, OR, and Denver, CO.

Job Description: The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for the hiring, training, and overseeing the day to day activities of our Territory Managers to achieve maximum sales profitability within the western region. This role is responsible for the process of achieving sales goals and marketing objectives for all assigned products while operating within policies/procedures and assigned expense budgets. Develops and directs business plans that are consistent with the organization's annual goals and strategies. The regional sales manager will coach, develop, and ensures focus and alignment with functional and company goals. It will be the responsibility of this position to perform talent management and assessment requirements for the team.

Regional Sales Manager Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum of 10 years sales and three years of direct sales management experience (medical device preferred)
  • A track record of success, exemplary leadership, hiring, training, and skill development
  • Highly organized and has very effective time management skills
  • Highly customer-focused, Key Opinion Leader development a plus
  • Excellent presentation skills with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Windows, MS Office, as well as networks and internet applications

Preferred Experience:

  • Ten years of Medical Device sales and management experience
  • Three years previous direct management experience leading teams, hiring and coaching employees, developing people, working successfully with IDN's and GPO's, and delivering sales results on new product launches
  • Interventional Radiology, Vascular Surgery, or Interventional Cardiology
  • Previous experience selling and leading teams on interventional radiology, vascular and interventional cardiology space
