Overview

We are seeking a Program Management Coordinator to join our growing Digital Solutions team. This position is a crossing of finance and technology. You will have an opportunity to work with our product and engineering teams and will be responsible for generating financial reports for our software projects. You should have a solid grasp on project management methodologies, and proven experience in analyzing data, organizing, and consolidating it. 

Responsibilities

Work under the supervision of the Program Management Lead 

  • To understand the product roadmaps and project milestones
  • Assist in transforming the product roadmaps and project milestones to financial plans, revenue projections, and resource allocation plans which help drive monetary and staffing decisions
  • Generate monthly time/resource allocation reports and quarterly goal projections for Finance 
  • Coordinate data gathering for quarterly audit documentation
  • Assist in yearly planning of the HR and Infrastructure costs budget
  • Maintain Digital Solutions documents and ensure timely updates and version control (such as Org. Charts, HR Budget, Revenue Streams)
  • Assist with preparations for monthly Product and Engineering meetings, and Quarterly Business Reviews with investors 
  • Suggest ideas for reporting and continuously evaluate processes to make them more efficient

Required            

  • 2+ years of experience working on software projects (Preferably in a product company) 
  • 2+ years of experience building and improving processes 
  • Hand on analytical skills with Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, graphs, data organization, and consolidation)
  • Experienced in preparing PowerPoint presentations 
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, economics, statistics, computer science, engineering, management, etc.
  • Proactive, critical thinker and anticipatory problem solver
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain and develop relationships cross-functionally

Preferred

  • Accounting/Finance experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies
  • Project management and Scrum certificates (CAMP, CSM, CSPO etc.)
  • Experience working in startups and building/improving processes
