National Grid Renewables is looking for a Technical Director to join our Project Finance team.
What You Will Actually Do:
- Coordinate the financial closing process, working with the various subject matter experts to collect and collate all required internal and external documentation/reports, including permitting, development, real estate and other related areas of importance to investors.
- Maintain and manage relationships with third party consultants and outside providers, including Independent Engineers, Insurance and Environmental Consultants.
- Support the review and negotiation of project agreements, debt financing, tax equity contribution, joint development and partnership agreements.
