  • Coordinate the staffing needs of open requirements on prime and subcontracts by managing the flow of requirements and candidates from internal transfers; staffing companies; referrals; and on-line applicants
  • Daily identification and fielding of open staffing needs from multiple customer sets across numerous agencies
  • Prioritize staffing needs and disseminate to all staffing companies and internal stake holders
  • Manage and continually refresh a robust stable of staffing and recruitment agencies to fulfill open company requirements
  • Manage the staffing requirements of all new Task Orders and RFPs; evaluate contractual Full Time Equivalent needs and own the process of fulfilling the staffing plan set in place in conjunction with proposal team. 
  • Personally use current staffing and recruiting techniques to recruit new candidates for Task Orders and RFPs
  • Assure all requirements are accurate and up to date (opened/closed/proper job duties) on company website and any other job postings or publications
  • Develop and implement staffing solutions to comply with legal regulations and company process and procedures
  • Assist the HR department with hiring, training and onboarding new employees
  • Create daily staffing reports, and submit weekly and monthly reports to management
  • Determine staffing shortfalls and report job vacancies and scheduling problems to management

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of demonstrated experience with:
    • Recruiting for and industry knowledge in at least three of the following five technology areas
      • SecDevOps w/ Kubernetes; Docker or Pivotal Cloud Foundry
      • Cloud Computing
      • Agile SW Dev (Python/Java, etc)
      • AI/ML
      • Cyber Security
    • Management of multiple customer accounts with multiple open requirements across each
    • Reviewing Task Order or RFP and assess staffing needs
    • Matching resumes to job categories/labor categories to decipher if candidate qualifications meet requirement needs
    • Working with candidates to assure resumes meet all experience and education requirements by tailoring content to assure all skills, experience, education and certifications are represented

Desired Qualifications:

  • Top Secret clearance
  • Experience working with or within Gov Con Capture or Business Development teams
  • Knowledgeable of EEOC compliance and protocols
  • Experience with GovWin and/or FedBizOps
  • Ability to write the non-technical staffing/retention sections of proposals

Work Schedule: Core Hours
