Summary:
The Revenue Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely billing and collection of revenue for the company. This includes verifying information, submitting invoices to companies, and following up on unpaid invoices. The Revenue Specialist also works with customer or account managers to resolve billing issues.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Generate and distribute invoices
- Verify information in system, invoice and submit to customers
- Follow up on unpaid invoices and resolve billing issues
- Post payments and maintain accurate account records
- Prepare and submit reports on billing activity
- Work with other departments to ensure efficient revenue cycle management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
