Job Summary
The Treatment Coordinator is a vital position and supports the orthodontist in providing quality care. Principally responsible for presenting treatment plans and financials to the patient and their families. Engages patients in friendly conversation, provides for their comfort and makes introductions to providers. Shares responsibility with the team for patient satisfaction and a high degree of customer service.
Responsibilities- Communicate with new and existing patients and their families
- Present treatment plans and financials to the patient
- Use practice management software to enter treatment notes and any other relevant information
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
