- Source vendor(s) for commercial building maintenance projects

- Create vendor work orders.
- Perform other duties, activities, or projects as assigned.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and other systems.
- Demonstrate professional verbal and written communication skill
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required.
- Ideal candidate comes with up to 2 years of experience in customer service, or retail services. Previous facilities management experience preferred.
- Proven experience as a customer service dispatcher or other relevant experience.
- Experience in call center environment-multiple phone lines and customer service.
- Active listener with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated customer service excellence.
- Extensive use of computerized client management systems.
- Sound Judgement and Critical Thinking Skills
- High attention to details
- Microsoft D365 (crm) a plus but not required
- Microsoft Office Outlook a 100% must
- Ability to learn new computer software
