Available Position:

MIG Welder

Monday - Friday 7:00 am-3:30 pm 

Pay: $15-$18h depending on experience.

Job Description:

· Position requires the ability to weld and fabricate sheet metal, and welding of carbon steel structural frames.

· Follow shop drawings and 3D models to fit/tack/weld components into
subassemblies, up to full machine build.

· Use MIG processes to weld inside, and outside corners of sheet metal,
carbon steel structural frames.

· Clean all welds using buffing wheels and air-driven wire brushes.

· Install fittings, pumps, gauges, and hardware to complete machine assembly.

Job Qualifications / Skill Requirements:

· Must have work history using MIG welding processes.

· Ability to read, understand and follow shop drawings.

· Be able to work independently yet be part of a team.

· Ability to read a tape measure, work in fractions, and do basic math.

· Be able to safely operate basic hand tools such as drills, grinders, and air-driven
hand tools.

· General Plumbing and Electrical skills are helpful but not necessary.

· Forklift, Scissor Lift, Press Brake, or other equipment experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements

· Standing, kneeling, squatting, climbing ladders, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

· Bend, squat, and lay on the ground, and reach
overhead.
