Our client has retained our services to hire a full-time Director of Marketing in Haltom City/Forth Worth, TX.
  
As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels, and an ability to deliver results on time and on budget. This position is a key member of the Sales leadership team helping fuel topline revenue growth.
  

Job Requirements:  

• Understanding of Key Responsibilities: Brand Message & Strategy, Content & Sales Strategy, Go-to-Market Strategy, Key Performance Indicators, and Budget Management

• Experience in a consumer services industry preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing with at least 3 in a leadership role

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in a services industry

• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and technologies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics platforms

• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights

• Experience managing marketing budgets and delivering projects on time and within budget

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
