Southeast Orthopedic Specialists is hiring a People and Culture Leader as a full time, permanent position in Jacksonville, FL. 
 
Southeast Orthopedic Specialists is a leading Musculoskeletal (MSK) care provider based in Jacksonville, FL. Since 2001, we have been dedicated to making industry-leading five-star orthopedic and spine care accessible to Northeast Florida. Role Description
 
This is a full-time on-site role for a People and Culture Leader. The People and Culture Leader will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our organization's human resources and organizational culture initiatives. We are looking for a dynamic strategic leader who brings high energy and insight.
This includes talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement. The People and Culture Leader will work closely with leadership to develop and implement strategies and programs that support our rapid growth and values.

Qualifications

• Organizational innovator who streamlines processes for maximum efficiency and motivates staff to their fullest potential
• Driven performer who excels in highly competitive environments
• Proven experience in human resources, talent management, and organizational development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Strong knowledge of HR and employment regulations
• Proficient in HRIS and other HR software
• Ultipro is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus
