Description: House Managers - Outdoor Blaze Events will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the Great Jack O'Lantern Blaze on assigned evenings from September to November. Duties include, working with ticketing staff, concession managers, and service vendors to deliver an exemplary customer experience. The House Manager will ensure the efficient operation of each evening's event. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience supervising, motivating and leading a rotating team of nightly staff in a large-scale public venue, strong customer service skills and experience implementing crowd safety protocols.

These are part time, seasonal positions that run evenings from September through November, with shift durations of 5-8 hours. Applicants must be available to work at least three evenings per week throughout the entire season (inclusive of scheduled weekends and holidays). A background in guest services, house management or related fields is highly desired. Applicants must be in good physical condition, able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours, and be willing to work outdoors, rain or shine.
