We are recruiting a Patient Care Advocate to join our team of health care professionals. As a Patient Care Advocate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to specialty pharmacy program members by responding to telephone calls and providing outreach.  
 

Job type: Full-time (on-site)

Salary Range: $22.88 - $25.75 hourly, depending on experience

Essential functions and activities:
1.    Acts as liaison between company, patients, and physician&rsquo;s office.
2.    Responsible for reviewing new prescriptions and making sure all necessary information including insurance verification is available to process orders.
3.    Explains all company programs and services to patients and physician&rsquo;s office staff.
4.    Communicates with patients as needed based on prescription refills and refers any medication or illness related questions or concerns to a board licensed healthcare professional, including but not limited to nurses, pharmacists, and supervised pharmacy interns.
5.    Responsible for scheduling prescription refills utilizing the pharmacy software.
6.    Maintains documentation of calls to and from patients.
7.    Contacts patients to schedule deliveries, confirm addresses, inform of any co-payments involved, and notify of payment responsibilities.
8.    Refers under- or uninsured patients to appropriate patient assistance programs and helps with applications.
9.    Communicates patient status to physician&rsquo;s offices/clinics.
10.  Maintains patient confidentiality.
11.  Utilizes operating systems and tools to help manage patient therapy and refill compliance.
12.  Maintains active Oregon license. Informs supervisor within 1 business day (and Oregon Board of Pharmacy within 10 days) of any arrests, convictions, suspected or known violations of law, or any other conduct that might affect or has affected license status. Reports to Oregon Board of Pharmacy within 15 days any changes to name, residence address, or employment.
13.  Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be revised from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. 
14.  Actively participates and provides support as needed to leadership and quality program staff to ensure activities related to the company&rsquo;s quality management program and quality improvement activities maintain priority focus and are effectively executed. This may include but is not limited to activities that promote objective and systematic measurement, monitoring, and evaluation of services and defined Quality Improvement Projects (QIPs) that may result from such efforts.
15.  Complies with the company&rsquo;s Human Resources policies, Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct, and all department policies and procedures, including protecting confidential company, employee, and customer information; attending work punctually and regularly; and adhering to good safety practices in all activities.
16.  Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Position specifications:
1        Education and experience
a.    Required:
                      i.        High school diploma or GED.  
                     ii.        Active Oregon Pharmacy Technician License. A Certified Oregon Pharmacy Technician License will be required prior to expiration of existing Oregon license or as required by the Oregon board of Pharmacy. 
b.    Preferred:
                      i.        Six months to one year of experience in a medical office or pharmacy setting.
                     ii.        Prior work experience in a customer service setting

a.    Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
b.    Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
c.    Must be able to express oneself, detect, perceive, observe, and assess information exchanged in a variety of communication methods.

e.    Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
3.        Working conditions
a.    Work is performed primarily at a desk, with extensive keyboard and telephone work in a stationary position. 
b.    Business needs may occasionally require work in excess of 40 hours per week, including work outside of the standard work week. 
4.        Contact with others:

b.    Externally with providers, payers, and plans.

The Director of Specialty Pharmacy Sales and Service is responsible for the success of sales and service initiatives across the enterprise.  This leader will oversee pharmacy client services, sales operations, go-to-market strategies, market solutions development, and client/broker/consultant engagement to support organizational priorities.  This position is accountable for evaluating the pharmacy market for new opportunities and developing innovative pharmacy-related service offerings that support providers, payors, and industry partners.  This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by supporting medical specialists such as oncologists, rheumatologists, gastroenterologists, immunologists, and general physicians who refer patients out for specialty pharmacy services. The Director of Sales and Service will develop and manage a core team committed to building strong client relationships, optimizing sales cycle workflows for efficiency and performance, and identifying cross-sell opportunities to drive client satisfaction and revenue growth. This leader will establish strong working relationships with core business partners and management teams in other key areas of the organization to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. They will participate in strategic and tactical planning to ensure relevance of business plans and deploy modifications as necessary to align with current and anticipated market dynamics.

Position specifications:
1.        Education and experience
a.    Required:
                      i.        Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, healthcare administration, marketing, sales management, or a related field; master&rsquo;s degree preferred.
                     ii.        10+ years&rsquo; experience in pharmacy or healthcare industry with demonstrated success in sales, business development, and leading expansion and growth initiatives. 
                    iii.        Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales development, business development, or outbound sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving new business growth and market expansion.
                   iv.        Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
                    v.        Expertise in leading high-performing sales development teams, implementing best-in-class prospecting methodologies, and utilizing customer relationship management platforms and technology powered sales tools to enhance lead generation and cultivate partnerships.
b.    Preferred:
                      i.        Preferred certifications include Certified Sales Leadership Professional (CSLP), Strategic Sales Management Certification (SSMC), and Business Development Executive Certification (BDEC) to demonstrate advanced expertise in sales development and leadership.
                     ii.        Thorough understanding of pharmaceutical and specialty pharmacy industries with experience in pharmaceutical sales, healthcare technology, or life sciences business development.

The Director of Information Technology is responsible for providing leadership and management over the Enterprise Information Technology department in its charge to implement, operate, and maintain computing and telecommunication facilities, equipment, and services that meet the needs of Ardon Health Holdings (AHH). Position Proficiency Requirements:
1.      Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in computer science, information technology, or relevant field of study.

This includes establishing data governance frameworks, ensuring data integrity, enabling advanced analytics and business intelligence, and partnering with business leaders to leverage data for informed decision-making, operational efficiency, and strategic growth initiatives.
3.        Develop and execute the enterprise IT vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned with corporate objectives, ensuring an integrated and scalable technology ecosystem.
4.        Develop and manage relevant budgets.

7.        Serve as a strategic partner to executive and departmental leaders to align technology initiatives with business objectives and operational needs.
8.        As quality management program staff, allocate approximately 5% of overall job requirements to quality management activities.
9.        Actively participate and provide support as needed to fellow leadership and quality program staff to ensure activities related to the company&rsquo;s quality management program and quality improvement activities maintain priority focus and are effectively executed.
