Here&rsquo;s what you&rsquo;ll need to be successful in this role:

BA/BS with strong performance in quantitative coursework and demonstrated analytical success.
5-7+ years of hands-on experience in B2C product marketing; experience with strategic consulting.
Analytical and strategic - deep analytical skills, demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, and keen ability to evaluate alternatives and make compelling recommendations based on solid business case analysis.
Self-motivated, execution-oriented, resourceful - willing to roll up one's sleeves to do whatever it takes to get it done and able to think differently to unlock paths to progress

The Opportunity: 
This is an exciting opportunity in the Americas Strategic Finance team within Adobe's Digital Media (DMe) team supporting Attrition and Migrations forecasting. The vision of this team is to become a finance and strategy powerhouse and a go-to resource known for its financial expertise and knowledge of the tech industry to identify emerging trends, understand market forces, and evaluate potential risks and opportunities. You will be instrumental in driving critical initiatives, supporting key financial decisions, and collaborating with various partners to bring a strategic lens to Adobe's Digital Media quarterly and longer-term planning process. This role will provide great exposure to senior finance leaders and an opportunity to collaborate across the organization.

Build driver-based financial models to support forecasting processes, and financial reporting. Run sensitivity analysis, provide data analytics to assess risk and opportunity 
Drive operational excellence through automation, standardization to improve efficiency, consistency, and accuracy to help scale the business 
Deliver insights on key business metrics using data visualization and analytics to advise business performance and drive action plan 
Consolidate financial reporting across the Document Cloud business. Lead financial analysis to identify opportunities for synergy across lines of businesses. 
Partner with various audiences across the business to drive operational improvements
Articulate findings and facilitate decision-making process across business and finance executive leaders 
Prepare business summary. Analyze emerging trends and provide valuable insights and recommendations to drive business results 
Develop into a trusted partner with multiple business partners by collaborating and contribute towards achieving the shared goals 
Support Annual operational plan and Quarterly forecasting process 

 Here&rsquo;s what you&rsquo;ll need to be successful in this role:

Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field.
Minimum 7 years of FP&A (or related) experience required
High attention to details with organizational skills and ability to take charge, set objectives, drive to results; team oriented.
Excellent analytical & technical skills: Excel skills are a plus, and experience in Tableau, PowerBI, and Anaplan are highly valued

Bachelor's degree.

We&rsquo;re seeking an accomplished Business Development Manager with an established book of business to join us remotely (preferably East Coast). This role will focus on growing our contract, temporary staffing, and managed services footprint among MSPs, VMSs, and large enterprise clients&mdash;leveraging our AI recruiting platform&rsquo;s ability to deliver service at scale.
Here&rsquo;s how you&rsquo;ll make an impact on our team:

Drive new business development by leveraging your existing relationships and proven track record in staffing, MSP/VMS, or enterprise HR services.
Target and secure enterprise-level accounts, particularly in contract and temp workforce management.
Partner with internal teams to tailor solutions that showcase NextDeavor&rsquo;s AI-driven sourcing, matching, and service delivery capabilities.
Present, negotiate, and close deals that align with client needs and NextDeavor&rsquo;s scalable recruitment model.
Own and manage client accounts post-sale to maximize satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, delivery, and marketing to ensure seamless client onboarding and execution.

Here&rsquo;s what you&rsquo;ll need to be successful in this role:

Proven success in business development or sales within staffing, MSP, VMS, or enterprise talent acquisition&mdash;specifically in contract, temp, or volume hiring.
A robust, active book of business with enterprise-level prospects.
Demonstrated ability to source, present, negotiate, and close high-value contracts.
Understanding of how AI-enabled recruiting platforms can enhance scalability and efficiency.
Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a remote-first work approach (East Coast preference).
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with or within large HR tech environments is a plus.

Here&rsquo;s what you&rsquo;ll need to be successful in this role:

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
5-7 years of experience in business operations, strategy, or marketing operations in a tech or SaaS environment (consulting background a plus)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize complex data into insights and decisions
Experience supporting senior leadership and communicating effectively across levels, including executive forums

The Senior Audit Consultant conducts comprehensive reviews of business processes and controls to evaluate their design and effectiveness, using best practices to improve operations.

Plan and scope reviews for appropriate audit coverage.
Conduct walkthroughs to understand processes, controls, and identify risks.
Perform testing, data analysis, and benchmarking to assess controls.
