Title: Management Trainee

Title: Recording Specialist, Title Insurance
 
Location: Coraopolis, PA (on-site 5 days a week)
Review executed loan documents for accuracy of execution, verify the lender instructions were followed and that county signing requirement have been met.
As a dynamic and resourceful professional, we will rely on you to perform the following duties:
&middot;         Review all executed recording documents for accuracy of the borrower&rsquo;s signature, accuracy of the legal description, notary execution of the documents as required by each state.
&middot;         Confirm that all recording documents have been completed to meet the lender requirement.
&middot;         Submit recordable documents to the appropriate county for recording either via e-record or mailing to the county.
&middot;         Scan loan packages, prepare certified true recordables, ship loan documents to the lenders and the borrowers. File documents and maintain file cabinets organization
&middot;         Resolve recording issues and questions. Involve the Team Lead on all escalations.
&middot;         Balance the file in RamQuest, identify shortages, set up recording refunds and verify the correct refund code has been applied.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

Title: Regional Vice President 
 
Location: Remote, Midwest
This is a management level position which operates under limited supervision.  The Regional Vice President must actively lead and manage their direct reports and interact with customers throughout their region.  The Regional Vice President must collaborate with their team to reach production and sales targets while aligning with corporate goals and risk objectives.  
As a dynamic and resourceful professional, we will rely on you to perform the following duties:

Directly manage a team of Account Managers located within the respective regional territory. 
Assist in establishing production goals, and expense budgets for the team and proactively manage the team to achieve the established targets. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Cultivate and foster a team environment through constant communication, advising team of best practices, discussing upcoming deadlines, and providing training on Essent policies, procedures, and guidelines as needed.
Communicate to team direction from executive management to ensure the business development staff understands the Company&rsquo;s strategic corporate initiatives.
Assist Account Managers with selecting their target customers while ensuring alignment with Essent&rsquo;s strategic direction.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

       Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree preferred.
Eight (8) plus years of relevant business development experience within the financial services, mortgage, secondary markets, capital markets or mortgage insurance industries.

This is a management position that leads daily statutory accounting functions and develops accounting policies and procedures. Lead cross-functional teams in day-to-day statutory accounting functions (e.g., ledger maintenance, claims accounting, revenue and asset accounting and associated analysis and reporting (e.g., Form 9 filings, reinsurance reporting, state data calls, and statutory audits, etc.) to meet performance and quality goals.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

Title: Director, Title Compliance
 
Location: Fully in-office in Radnor, PA
The Director of Title Compliance (&ldquo;DTC&rdquo;) is a director-level position with broad responsibility for the day-to-day management of the compliance function relating to Essent&rsquo;s title insurance businesses, supporting the design and execution of strategic and tactical programs while reducing and/or managing the risk of violating laws and regulations. Managing these risks is a critical issue for Essent since non-compliance can have significant consequences, including civil and criminal penalties, negative publicity, and loss of business. 
The DTC reports to Essent&rsquo;s Chief Compliance Officer and provides oversight of compliance functions for Essent&rsquo;s lender and agency services, including all its regulated entities in the title agency and title insurance underwriting businesses. The DTC has access to the President of Essent Title. 
The DTC will have the responsibility to articulate business-line-wide compliance risks, the statute with which to communicate it, and the means with which to monitor and implement compliance programs. The DTC is responsible for identifying trends, implementing effective compliance programs, and providing the necessary information and reports to operational and executive management. The DTC provides direction and guidance on development of internal control systems to meet business needs and fosters an environment for the identification and implementation of appropriate compliance, control practices, compliance testing, monitoring, and reporting. 
This position plays a critical role in managing risk, ensuring compliance, and supporting the company's growth and profitability while maintaining risk centric policies and procedures.

Collaborate with the Chief Compliance Officer to ensure the development and delivery of compliance training programs for Essent&rsquo;s title insurance businesses designed to maintain the competency of management, staff, and agents on the company&rsquo;s compliance program.

Title: Account Manager (Title Agency Services).

The Account Manager will represent Essent to title agents within their respective region. This role is responsible for the advancement of the agent relationships to maximize Essent&rsquo;s position within the assigned account base and development of new market opportunities.

As a dynamic and resourceful professional, we will rely on you to perform the following duties:

Represent Essent to assigned accounts to deliver value added underwriting solutions while taking ownership of the success and profitability of each account.
Develop thorough understanding of assigned accounts, their respective business models, and how they operate. 
Build strong client relationships to support current business needs and acquire new customers, while maintaining focus on profitability and mutually beneficial arrangements to create a sustainable alignment of interest.
Identify market opportunities and penetration strategies for new products/programs to meet needs of clients and differentiate Essent in the market. 
Evaluate competitive market trends and new regulations related to products, rates, guidelines, and/or ancillary services. 
Develop tactics to leverage current market trends and optimize sales potential.
Explore cost effective origination strategies capitalizing on Essent&rsquo;s strengths while delivering superior customer service.
Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill customers&rsquo; requests.
Train agents on how to access Essent Title bulletins, guidelines, and educational materials.
Facilitate and educate clients on new programs, rates, products, and initiatives.
Meet timelines for each client initiative, request, and project, including implementation, client and internal roll-out, collateral and presentation materials.
Represent Essent at client meetings, attend regional, state conferences, trade shows and events to promote Essent&rsquo;s product offerings and broaden the business exposure within the title insurance industry. 
Present Essent within the entire title industry as thought leaders, disciplined risk managers and a strong focus on servicing our customers.

 
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in related field preferred or equivalent work experience.  
3+ years of relevant business development experience within financial services or title insurance industry.
Ability to travel approximately 30%. 
Strong understanding of the economics of title underwriting.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with senior-level executives and stakeholders.  
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities and markets. 
High-level customer service and relationship management skills with the ability to handle complex and sensitive situations.

Title: Closing Specialist, Title Insurance

Location: Remote, USA

The Closing Specialist will coordinate all phases of loan closing. This role will prepare loan closing packages, communicate with all parties involved in the transaction, and ensure that all paperwork is complete, accurate, and in compliance with legal regulations.

As a dynamic and resourceful professional, we will rely on you to perform the following duties:

Prepare and review closing statement.

Add all fees required to clear title and record documents.                     
Obtain all final payoffs for utility, HOA, and taxes, and other items (Purchase Closings).
Collaborate with internal teams, clients, lenders, and other parties to gather required information.     


Balance closing statement with all parties to the transaction.
Coordinate and schedule closing with all parties, to include lender and agents.

Review and organize all necessary closing documents, ensuring accuracy. Collaborate with internal teams, clients, lenders, and other parties to gather required information and documents.
Ensure that all necessary parties will be present.
Deliver closing package to assigned notary/signing agent.
Complete pre-closing call with assigned notary/signing agent to provide all details of closing to include any lender specific requirements for closing.
Follow for signed closing package and confirmation of closing. 


Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in the closing process. Communicate effectively to address inquiries and provide updates as applicable and requested. 
Review signed closing package and deliver to all applicable parties required to review and provide approval for funding and disbursement. 

Work closely with the Post Close for any items needed to record documents.


Responsible for accurate disbursement.
Review closing statement to ensure file is balanced.

Identify how all line items will be disbursed. (i.e., Check, wire)
Ensure all invoices are received and available for disbursement.
Confirm all payees and addresses are accurate.
Work closely with funding team.


Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations while maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of changing real estate laws and regulations.
Identify and resolve any challenges or obstacles that may arise during the closing process.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.


Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

Associate&rsquo;s degree in related field or equivalent work experience. 
4+ years of industry experience.
RamQuest Closing operations system knowledge preferred. 
High-level of ethical conduct and integrity when handling sensitive financial and legal information.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as underwriting guideline matrix, lender&rsquo;s instructions, trust agreements, and purchase contracts.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders and audiences. 
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Title: Staff Accountant
 
Location: Fully in-office in Radnor, PA
The Entry-Level Staff Accountant is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the accounting department. This role focuses on recording cash receipts and disbursements, processing daily journal entry files, and assisting with the month-end close and internal financial statement preparation.

Accounting Operations

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 
Internship or relevant work experience in accounting preferred but not required.

Exposure to Escrow Closings on a National basis.
Experience with RamQuest closing operations system and all integration systems is preferred.
