We are looking for an experienced Line Operator, this is a hands-on position leading stretch-film production line(s). This is a full-time job opportunity, with generous benefits and overtime hours available.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

As a Line Operator you will:


Ensure a safe and orderly work environment and comply with all established safety guidelines.
Organizing and securing materials such as resin, boxes, and finished products.
Performing routine post and pre-inspections to ensure suitable working nature of forklift.
Ensure products meet or exceed quality guidelines.
Ensures proper core extension, target roll weights, roll widths, and quality roll edges.
Performs and understands how to do all QA tests.
Maintains a scrap rate of &lt;4%.
Good working knowledge of the NDC, how to correctly adjust die bolts, efficiently troubleshoot gauge bands, roll edge quality problems, shim out die lines, and any other lines issues.
Operate computer systems associated with production lines, as needed.
Complete and maintain required logs and records. Fill out the Production Report in its entirety.
Use quality instruments and accurately document testing results.
Performs all other duties as assigned from Supervisor.


 
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for someone who has the following knowledge and experience:


Prior production and/or manufacturing experience.
Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Ability to read and interpret measurements using a tape measure.
Team player willing to take on additional responsibility as needed to meet customer orders and expectations.
Dependable, fast learner, good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to work overtime as needed and on short notice.



HOURS: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

PAY: $18 - $22/hr (commensurate with experience)]]></description>

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
As a Warehouse Associate you will provide world-class keg service to our customers which might include:

Dent repairs
Neck straightening
Fitting service
Keg interior/exterior cleaning
Removing inscriptions, color bands, transponders and/or barcodes

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Successful candidates will have the following knowledge and experience:

Must have AT LEAST 6 MONTHS of previous Manufacturing, Production or Assembly experience.
Must have experience working in a warehouse with varying temperatures. This is NOT a climate controlled warehouse environment.
Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs overhead to place items on 7 foot tall shelving unit without using a ladder or stool.
Must be able to stand/walk up to 8+ hours.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must have great attendance and consistent work history.
Must have great communication and social skills.
Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screen. We are not a THC or Delta 8 friendly company.

HOURS: 2nd shift: (4x10) Monday &ndash; Thursday, 4:00 pm - 2:30 am with occasional overtime
PAY: $18.00/hr
