Our St. Louis office is seeking qualified candidates for a part-time Intern Interior Designer position with the ability to work 2-3 days in office a week and can start immediately. Our team specializes in collaborating with clients to develop innovative, best-in-class designs that inspire and meet our client&rsquo;s needs. Project involvement will include general project and/or office tasks as directed by the Project Manager or team leader including, but not limited to design research, assisting with finish material selection/specification, assisting with furniture selection/specification, collaborating with design team to develop design concepts, preparing full color design renderings and presentations using Adobe Creative Suite, Revit, BIM360, and Enscape. 
Candidate Qualifications:

Pursing Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture from an accredited College or University
Motivated, self-starter with excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment as directed by Project Manager or Team Leader.
General knowledge of construction, interior materials, details, methods and standard building codes.
General Knowledge and Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft (Office, Outlook, Excel, Word) and the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) is a minimum requirement.
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with a strong work ethic.

Position Summary:
 
Lawrence Group is seeking an Interior Designer with 3&ndash;6 years of professional experience to join our St. Louis Workplace team in a full-time position. This position is best suited for a technically strong interior designer who enjoys developing high-quality construction documentation, solving technical challenges, coordinating project information, and supporting project delivery from design concept through construction administration. The successful candidate will play a key role in producing accurate Revit documentation while collaborating with project managers, senior designers, consultants, and clients throughout project execution.
 
Primary Responsibilities Include:
 

Produce complete, accurate interior construction document packages utilizing Revit and BIM 360, including: Interior floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, finish plans and finish schedules, interior elevations and enlarged plans, construction details, furniture plans, specifications, and documentation.
Support and assist architectural, consultant information within BIM models while maintaining project quality and documentation standards.
Prepare finish, furniture, and material documentation and assist with furniture planning, specification, coordination.
Participate in quality control reviews, implement redline revisions, and maintain project documentation throughout the design and construction process.
Support Construction Administration through RFIs, ASIs, submittal and shop drawing reviews, field observations, and coordination with contractors and consultants.
Assist Project Managers and Senior Designers with production schedules, workload planning, project coordination, and technical problem-solving.
Support design presentations through finish selections, renderings, and visualization materials as needed.
Deliver accurate, coordinated construction documents with exceptional attention to detail.
Effectively manage multiple assignments while meeting project schedules and quality standards.
Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, communicate effectively with project teams, and contribute to efficient project delivery.
Embody a growth mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively and be a team member.
All other duties as assigned.

 
Qualifications:

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in interior design or interior architecture from an accredited institution.
NCIDQ certification, or actively pursuing licensure, preferred.
3&ndash;6 years of professional experience with a commercial architecture or interior design firm. Workplace, corporate interiors, or tenant improvement experience preferred.
Proficiency in Revit, BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong knowledge of commercial building construction, interior detailing, building systems, finish materials, furniture integration, and applicable building codes.
Experience documenting existing conditions, field verification, applying building codes, and supporting projects through Construction Administration.
Excellent technical production, organization, communication, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Position Summary:
Lawrence Group, Integrate Construction, and New + Found, a design, construction, and development consortium, is seeking an experienced marketing professional to provide support to the three-business unit enterprise in our St. Louis office.
The Marketing Specialist is part of a larger Marketing & Communications team and will help strategize and implement marketing efforts for all three organizations: Lawrence Group , New + Found, and Integrate Construction. The main function of this role is to provide marketing support for Integrate Construction Partners (ICP). (It is anticipated that the Marketing Specialist will split their time supporting ICP and the other companies.
 
The key responsibilities include:
&middot; Leads preparation of responses to RFQs/RFPs for Integrate Construction Partners (ICP).
&middot; Works with technical staff to develop copy for proposals and marketing collateral.
&middot; Own the maintenance and updates of ICP&rsquo;s library of proposal elements including resumes, project sheets, and narratives.
&middot; Leads development and production of marketing collateral, presentations, award submittals, etc.
&middot; Coordinates the organization&rsquo;s presence at tradeshows and conferences, including speaker proposals.
&middot; Coordinates project photography for ICP.

Position Requirements:

Position Summary:
Lawrence Group&rsquo;s St. Louis office is seeking an experienced Intermediate Design Professional with 5-10 years of architectural interior design or architectural design experience in a professional office environment to join our Retail Design Studio. This position will have the opportunity to contribute to diverse architectural projects across our retail market contributing to all phases of project development, from conceptualization to construction administration, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and high-quality design solutions.
Primary Responsibilities Include:

Project Coordination: Support project managers in the execution of interior architecture projects across all phases, including planning, design, construction, and close-out. Assist with tracking project objectives and helping ensure alignment with client goals.
Scheduling Support: Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules by tracking milestones, deliverables, and deadlines. Help coordinate timelines and resources to support timely progress from design through construction.
Budget Tracking: Support budget management by tracking project expenses, assisting with cost control documentation, and monitoring budget updates under the guidance of senior project managers.
Contract & Documentation Support: Assist with contract administration by helping maintain project documentation such as contracts, change orders, proposals, and agreements. Ensure filings are accurate, organized, and aligned with company standards.
Quality Control Assistance: Support quality control efforts by assisting with document reviews, tracking quality-related items, and participating in site reviews to observe progress and help document issues or follow-ups.
Team Support & Coordination: Provide day-to-day support to project teams, including designers and architects, by assisting with task coordination, sharing updates, and helping keep work aligned with project expectations.
Client Communication Support: Assist project managers with client communication by preparing meeting materials, documenting meeting notes, and supporting follow-up actions to ensure clear communication and alignment.
Risk & Issue Tracking: Help identify, log, and track potential project risks or issues that may impact schedules, budgets, or quality. Assist senior staff with monitoring issue resolution and contingency planning.
Administrative & Organizational Tasks: Maintain organized project files, track invoices and reports, prepare agendas and meeting minutes, and support compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design Architecture, Architecture or related field from an accredited institution.
5-10 years of experience in architectural interior design or architectural design, with a portfolio demonstrating involvement in a variety of project types and phases.
Basic level of Project Management skills meeting project schedules & deadlines, engineer & consultant coordination, building department correspondence, issuing permit drawing sets and client interaction.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup, and InDesign graphic software.
Strong graphic and visualization skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design ideas through drawings, renderings, and presentations.
Solid understanding of architectural principles, building materials, building codes, and construction techniques.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast paced environment, with rapid project turnaround and timelines typically measured in weeks rather than months.
Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and standards applicable to various project types and locations.
Membership in professional organizations related to interior design or architecture (e.g., IIDA or AIA) is a plus.

Lawrence Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Surveyor to join our team. The Site Surveyor will visit sites and buildings across the United States and document existing conditions. Applicants can expect to travel from coast to coast frequently and must be capable of inputting field sheet measurements accurately into AutoCAD or Revit with a deliverable of Revit floor Plans, RCP, Building Elevations, relevant Structural, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical information.

The key responsibilities include:
 

Coast to Coast travel to conduct thorough on-site building and interior tenant surveys to gather essential data related to a propertys as-built, existing conditions. Lawrence Group provides these services for an extensive list of national client accounts.
Surveys are generally interior in nature and will range between 1,500 SF and 4,500 SF.
The focus of these site surveys is on the architectural elements of the interior of the building with inspection of the exterior elements such as parking, utility (gas meter, electrical meter/riser and phone service) locations.
Particular attention to the accessibility of restrooms, plumbing fixtures, parking stall, curb ramps and general path of travel is necessary. Knowledge of standard accessibility codes such as ADA and ICC A117.1 Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities is required.  
Utilizing Matterport camera technology to accurately can document the interior site features and 360 exterior views is a significant part of this position. 
Limited (but adequate) Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) elements shall be surveyed.
Electrical panel locations & sizes, power & voice/data outlets, lighting, fire alarm and sprinkler system components shall be thoroughly documented in the form of a reflected ceiling plan (RCP).
Mechanical (HVAC) system type shall be determined and surveyed with sufficient information returned for a mechanical engineer to recommend system changes or replacement. This includes documenting locations, model numbers, mechanical air device locations and ductwork sizes for all types of HVAC systems including Fan Coil Unit (FCU), Heat Pump (HP), Variable Air Volume (VAV) Roof Top Unit (RTU) package units and Split Systems.     
Detailed reports and documentation are prepared outlining survey findings, including a key plan, project information form / checklist, AutoCAD or Revit as-built files, Matterport scan links and digital photos.
Identifying  potential structural challenges related to site conditions such as existing column and load bearing walls locations
Identifying  potential environmental challenges related to site conditions such as suspected water intrusion, asbestos and lead presence.
Maintain organized records of survey data, photographs, and other documentation for reference and future use.
Provide support during the design and planning phases by offering insights and recommendations based on site survey findings.
Stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices in surveying and incorporate innovative techniques into the surveying process.


Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree or Technical College degree
Minimum of 3 years of experience in site surveying, preferably in the architecture or construction industry.
Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software, such as Matterport cameras, Revit and AutoCAD.
Strong understanding of building survey principles, techniques, and methodologies.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drawings.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documenting survey findings.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as needed to accommodate project requirements.


Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has no supervisory responsibility.

Work Environment
The work environment for this position is dynamic and fast-paced, characterized by frequent travel across the United States to diverse project sites, offering an exciting opportunity for exploration and engagement with varied landscapes and communities. 

Physical Demands
Some physical demands are necessary including using a 6 or 8 step ladder to remove suspended ceiling system tiles to survey elements above the ceiling. We will often need to climb a ladder on to a roof to evaluate roof equipment as well. Often this will be done using and manipulating a rather heavy 26 multi-purpose ladder.
