What You&rsquo;ll Do:

Drive a pickup truck and possibly a trailer to job sites with necessary tools and equipment.
Assist Jet and TV Operators with cleaning and video inspection of sewer and storm lines, manholes, and catch basins.
Support the manhole crew with cleaning, repairing, and relining using cementitious, epoxy, and McNeill lining methods.
Work with the point repair crew to install Cured-in-Place Point Repairs (CIPPs).
Perform maintenance on lift stations as required to ensure proper function.
Locate and expose manholes when needed to assist inspection and cleaning crews.
Help maintain Jet Vacs, TV vans, pickups, trailers, and other equipment, including oil changes, greasing, and minor repairs.
Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles and equipment to maintain a professional appearance.
Assist with general shop cleaning and organization as needed.
Perform other tasks as assigned and contribute to the success of the Guildner Pipeline team.

What We Need:

Maintain a valid Colorado driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record.
Familiarity with and adherence to Guildner Safety rules, regulations, and training requirements.
Physical ability to frequently lift or move up to 100 lbs.
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions and near moving mechanical parts.
Experience using various motorized vehicles and equipment including Jet Vacs, TV Vans, dump trucks, pumps, and hand tools is preferred.
Be available for rotating on-call shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

What You&rsquo;ll Do:

Works on a wide range of services, including cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining and repair; CCTV inspections, assessment, and pipeline cleaning 
Operate a CDL-required Jet (flusher) or Jet Vac Combination Truck in support of CIPP Lining and CCTV Operations 
Works on a wide range of services, including cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining and rehabilitation; CCTV inspections utilizing robotic cameras and advanced software, pipeline cleaning, manhole rehabilitation; and mainline and lateral grouting.
Operator is typically responsible for the cleanliness and daily pre-trip inspection of the truck

What We Need From You:

Valid driver&rsquo;s license required with a clean motor vehicle report
Must possess a Class A or B CDL (CDL) and be aligned with company motor vehicle standards
Experience in additional sewer rehab industry disciplines is a plus
Must be able to travel as 70% of projects are out of town and require overnight lodging away from home ranging from 1-5 consecutive days (lodging expenses are paid)

What You&rsquo;ll Do:

Operate and monitor sewing machines, ensuring efficient and accurate sewing of materials to meet production targets.
Review job sheets and verify correct material specifications, ensuring that felt material types, B-tags, and dimensions match the requirements.
Set up machines, ensuring the correct job size and machine configuration.
Load heavy rolls of materials and thread spools as required.
Monitor stitching, taping, and flame bonding processes, conducting visual inspections for defects, contaminants, and quality issues.
Perform periodic machine adjustments, including counter resets and proper labeling.
Handle special tube specifications such as material splicing, transitions, and seam sealing.
Inspect and stack completed tubes, ensuring they meet quality standards.
Operate hand tools (scissors, knives, saws, welders) and inkjet printers.

High school diploma or GED
At least 6 months of work experience in a production or manufacturing environment

What You&rsquo;ll Do:

Coordinate production schedules with General Superintendent or Operations Manager and report/estimate worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment
Coordinate with General Superintendent and/or Operations manager regarding tools and materials needed to be delivered at specified times to conform to work schedules
Coordinate with Equipment Manager to ensure all pieces of equipment are in working order and/or have proper time for repairs
Facilitate internal project meetings with Superintendents, Field Engineer(s) and appropriate sub-contractors to make necessary changes and finalize the work schedule
Interpret and enforce company policies as applied to employees and enforce safety regulations, standard operating procedures and quality standards
Conduct weekly safety/toolbox meetings
Interpret job order requirements and instruct Foreman on how to fulfill the job orders
Promptly resolve any customer complaints
Analyze and resolve work problems that arise on the crew
Hold crew accountable for attendance, paperwork submission and professionalism
Evaluate staffing needs and schedule work two weeks in advance, notifying crew employees of schedule and coordinating travel arrangements
Manage crew performance and implement discipline as needed
Meet or exceed as-bid gross margin on jobs
Build bench strength on crew to cross-train and provide for succession planning

 
What We Need From You:

High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Three years related industry experience (UV CIPP preferred) and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience required; Experience as a Foreman preferred
Must have working knowledge of computer and web-based programs
Valid driver&rsquo;s license required with clean motor vehicle report
Possess (or obtain with 90 days of hire) a CDL with required endorsements (Hazmat, Tanker and Air Brakes), compliant with Insituform&rsquo;s motor vehicle standards

Starting pay is $22.00-$30.00 per hour dependent upon experience. Candidates with prior CIPP experience may be able to negotiate a higher starting rate.

High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimum of two years experience in trenchless installation, including robotic tap cutting preferred
NASSCO PACP and MACP certifications preferred
Valid driver&rsquo;s license required with a clean motor vehicle report
Must possess a Class A or B CDL and be aligned with Insituform&rsquo;s motor vehicle standards (Hazmat endorsement is preferred but not required)

What You&rsquo;ll Do:

Repair various types of sewer lines by using a specific product and process
Ensure pull-in tube is properly prepared for installation by examining D-Rings, chains, and attachment to pulling cable
Install the prepared tube using a winch, backhoe, crane, or other appropriate material
Monitor gauges, dials, or other indicators to ensure equipment is working properly
Cure resin products using an inflation tube, banding boots, layflat, boiler hose, etc.
Learn / train on Insituform&rsquo;s products, processes, safety procedures, installation techniques, and equipment
Drive various vehicles (pickup trucks to tractor-trailer rigs) to haul crews and equipment
Perform set up and clean up tasks at job site / shop

What We Need From You:

High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience as a Construction Laborer and / or Installation Technician highly preferred
OSHA certifications are a plus
Valid driver&rsquo;s license required with a clean motor vehicle report
Must possess a Class A or B CDL and be aligned with Insituform&rsquo;s motor vehicle standards (Hazmat endorsement is preferred but not required)
Must be able to wear a respirator and body harness while entering confined spaces
Ability to lift / move up to 75 pounds and use pneumatic, battery-powered, or electric tools

Responsibilities:
The Material Handler must adhere to all safety, health, attendance, and code of conduct policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook. The Material Handler will be required to perform, but not limited to, the following:

Maintain a clean and orderly workplace.
Gain an overall understanding of the entire sewing process and knowledge of warehouse.
Minimum training time for Material Handlers is ninety (90) days.
Assist in maintaining warehouse, rotating inventory, shipping and receiving goods.
Must perform safety inspections and maintain forklifts.

What You'll Do:

Inspect, repair, and replace components and systems on industrial trucks and operational equipment.

What You'll Do:

Lead and direct the work of one or two maintenance helpers, providing instruction, guidance, and oversight for 50% or more of assigned work activities.
Operate and maintain shop equipment, including welders, drill presses, lathes, milling machines, and various hand and power tools.

What You'll Do:

Drive various vehicles and construction equipment including forklifts, man lifts, boom lifts
Assist in initial setup and cleanup of sites
Review entry and work permits
Enter confined spaces and extremely tall structures (100+ feet) to install various fibers and epoxy products
Operate grinding, chipping, and mixing equipment
Use full face respirator

What We Need from You:

High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Valid driver's license required
Construction experience, specifically around sandblasting, concrete repair, demolition, finishing, or pouring
Experience with FRP system applications, trowel application of plasters, epoxy coating applications, and paving installations is highly preferred
OSHA certifications are a plus
Familiar with use of full body harness and confined space entry is beneficial
Ability to travel extensively, up to 90% of the time, and potentially for months at a time in busy season within a large territory
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to walk, stand, climb, balance, stoop, crouch, bend, reach, kneel, crawl, stretch; use hands to handle objects, tools or controls; talk and hear without visual cues; lift, push, and pull up to 100 lbs. or more without assistance; wear respirator and body harness while entering confined spaces

Repair various types of sewer lines by using a specific product and process
Install the prepared tube using a winch, backhoe, crane, or other appropriate material
Cure resin products using an inflation tube, banding boots, layflat, boiler hose, etc
Drive various vehicles (pickup trucks to tractor-trailer rigs) to haul crews and equipment
Maintain, adjust, troubleshoot and perform authorized field repairs to camera&rsquo;s, robots and ancillary equipment; such as, cables, connectors and reel
Work with supervisors, clients, peers, and home owner
Ability to train to become a CCTV Technician or Vac-Truck Operator

What We Need From You:

Experience working in an outdoor underground construction environment, preferably with CIPP, water, or sewer utilities is preferred

What You&rsquo;ll Do:

Coordinate production schedules with General Superintendent or Operations Manager and report/estimate worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment
Coordinate with General Superintendent and/or Operations manager regarding tools and materials needed to be delivered at specified times to conform to work schedules
Coordinate with Equipment Manager to ensure all pieces of equipment are in working order and/or have proper time for repairs
Facilitate internal project meetings with Superintendents, Field Engineer(s) and appropriate sub-contractors to make necessary changes and finalize the work schedule
Interpret and enforce company policies as applied to employees and enforce safety regulations, standard operating procedures and quality standards

Promptly resolve any customer complaints
Analyze and resolve work problems that arise on the crew
Hold crew accountable for attendance, paperwork submission and professionalism

Manage crew performance and implement discipline as needed
Meet or exceed as-bid gross margin on jobs
Build bench strength on crew to cross-train and provide for succession planning
