      <description><![CDATA[Mr. Rehab LLC, a partner of Azuria Water Solutions, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced CCTV Technician Operator for their CIPP pipelining, infrastructure inspection, and rehabilitation project operations. Mr. Rehab is based in Mechanicsburg, PA, but projects are located across Pennsylvania and throughout the Mid-Atlantic. Field staff gets the exciting opportunity to travel, with all expenses paid.

The starting hourly rate is $25.00-$32.00 per hour depending on experience. Candidates with enough industry experience may be able to negotiate a higher starting hourly rate. All government work will be paid at a prevailing wage. We offer 100% paid on-the-job training!

What You&rsquo;ll Do:

Operate remote closed-circuit cameras to record the internal condition of sewer pipelines and determine if cleaning and / or repairs are required prior to rehabilitation
Maintain a clean and organized working environment within the TV truck including fluid levels and service condition of tools and equipment
Confined space entry utilizing Insituform&rsquo;s safety procedures to install, cut and grout the ends of the liner
Maintain, complete and control paperwork related to a project for presentation to the office, superintendent and / or client
Maintain, adjust, troubleshoot, and perform authorized field repairs to cameras, robots, and ancillary equipment such as cables, connectors, and reels
Work with supervisors, clients, peers, and homeowners
Drive various vehicles (pickups to tractor-trailer rigs) to haul crews and equipment
Site preparation including attachment of boiler hose, prep of lay flat, laying out bypass hoses, and traffic control

What We Need From You:

High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimum of two years experience in trenchless installation, including robotic tap cutting preferred
NASSCO PACP and MACP certifications preferred
Valid driver&rsquo;s license required with a clean motor vehicle report
Must possess or be willing to obtain a Class A or B CDL within six months of employment and be aligned with company motor vehicle standards
Ability to lift / move up to 75 pounds and use pneumatic, battery-powered, or electric tools
Must be able to wear a respirator and body harness while entering confined spaces
Comfortable working outside at job sites with moving vehicles and mechanical operations, with occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles
Must be able to travel weekly (potentially out of state)

Your Role on the Team:

Support sewer and stormwater rehabilitation projects using advanced trenchless technology
Set up and break down job sites; operate and assist with heavy equipment
Safely guide operators and equipment for accurate project execution
Transport crews and equipment (CDL driving required)
Prepare work areas and enter manholes to ready pipelines for installation
Adapt and step into multiple roles&mdash;every day brings something new

What We&rsquo;re Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
Valid Class A or B CDL (or permit) preferred, Hazmat endorsement a plus
Minimum 2 years of outdoor construction experience preferred (CIPP, water/sewer utility work a bonus)
Willingness to travel frequently (up to 70% overnight travel), including nights and weekends
Physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs, working in confined spaces, and performing hands-on field work in varying weather with or without reasonable accommodations
