Position Summary: The Guest Services Agent is the main contact for guests during their stay and sets the standard for an exceptional resort experience.

Ensures an efficient and customer friendly check-in/check-out process for all guests.  
Exemplifies genuine hospitality standards and makes each guest feel welcomed and appreciated; Anticipated customer service needs and thanks customers with genuine appreciation.   
Strives to gain guest name recognition.  
Answers telephones using appropriate etiquette to book reservations or assist with existing reservations, including booking stays at other communities in the company portfolio.  Follows procedure to make, cancel or change reservations.  Maintains guest database and profiles.    
Assists guests with concierge services, including resort store purchases, personal planning services including offers to arrange dining reservations, activities and stay upgrades; Maintains excellent understanding of amenities and activities at the resort.    


Asks guests for extensions on their stay, consumer reviews and guest referrals.    
Handles guest requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority.    
Processes reservation, merchandise, ticket and fee-based activities payments; Responsible for accurate cash handling procedures and making daily deposits.      
Assists with resort communications, marketing materials and guest check in packages as instructed by General Manager.    
Accepts maintenance work orders and housekeeping turnover requirements for the resort. Coordinates with other departments to provide an exceptional guest experience.    


Performs various administrative tasks, including answering multi-line phones, typing, computer and data entry.    
Handles restocking items in assigned area as needed during shift.  This includes facing, restocking, cleaning and sanitizing resort store fixtures and food and beverage equipment.    
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Remote position &ndash; must be based in Arizona (AZ).
We are seeking a dynamic Temporary Corporate Task Force Manager to support our portfolio of RV Resorts across multiple states. This role is ideal for a hands-on, adaptable leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex operational challenges, and is energized by frequent travel (approximately 75%)  Contract assignment is anticipated to be a minimum of 60-90 days.  
 
As a key member of our above property team, the Temporary Corporate Task Force Manager will step in to support resort leadership during transitions, openings, performance improvement initiatives, and special projects. You&rsquo;ll work closely with on-site teams to drive operational excellence, elevate the guest experience, and reinforce company standards and culture.
Key Responsibilities
&middot;        Provide on-site leadership support to RV Resorts across multiple states, stepping into interim GM, AGM, or Department Manager roles during transitions, staffing shortages, openings, and special operational needs
&middot;        Oversee day-to-day resort operations, ensuring alignment with company policies, brand standards, and guest service expectations
&middot;        Assess resort operations, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement action plans to drive performance and consistency
&middot;        Recruit, train, coach, and motivate associates while ensuring all departments operate in accordance with company SOPs
&middot;        Lead fair, consistent performance management, including coaching, corrective action, and disciplinary processes
&middot;        Manage budgets, financial plans, and expense controls to achieve revenue, sales, and profitability goals
&middot;        Review operating, statistical, and financial reports to identify trends, resolve issues, and support informed decision-making
&middot;        Supervise maintenance operations, capital improvements, supplies, renovations, furnishings, and vendor/contractor relationships
&middot;        Support new resort openings, leadership transitions, and the rollout of company initiatives, programs, and process improvements
&middot;        Identify and resolve operational, maintenance, and service challenges to minimize costs and prevent delays
&middot;        Complete administrative and reporting responsibilities related to effective operational management
&middot;        Partner closely with the Corporate Director of Operations and other Corporate team members as needed
&middot;        Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
 Qualifications
&middot;        Proven leadership experience in hospitality, outdoor hospitality, or multi-unit operations
&middot;        Strong operational, financial, and people-management skills
&middot;        Ability to quickly build trust and credibility with diverse teams

Position Summary: The Maintenance Supervisor performs maintenance duties requiring technical labor skills, including plumbing, light carpentry and construction, HVAC repairs and adjustments, preventative maintenance, and appliance repair. Executes various preventative maintenance functions and records findings in a maintenance log, either through delegation or by directly handling required tasks.
Prioritizes and delegates service requests while facilitating tracking on the type and frequency of requests.
Performs according to company standards and service requests are handled in a prompt, courteous and efficient manner.
Monitors the maintenance and upkeep of all community mechanical equipment, including water heaters and HVAC units in common buildings, lawn mowers, weed eaters, etc.
Maintains all landscaping including weed control, and irrigation systems.
Sustains pool(s), test chemical levels, and adjusts appropriately, where applicable.
Carries out routine maintenance and minor repairs to rental homes, facilities, and streets as needed.
Ensure common area lawns are maintained to present an impeccable "guest ready" appearance. This includes a rigorous regimen of treating weeds, employing specialized chemicals to eradicate unwanted growth. The grounds crew diligently pulls weeds, rakes leaves, plants flowers and shrubs, and spreads layers of mulch, woodchips, or stones. Additionally, they remove dead or broken trees and shrubs that have been damaged by adverse weather or winds.  Performs other lawn care services as necessary.  
Responsible for inspecting all fire extinguishers.
Certifies properties are presentable and always inviting, and that it adheres to CRR's curb appeal standards.
Ensures trash/debris is picked up daily from common areas and streets daily. Empties common area trash containers and dog parks as needed.
Maintains property amenities, which may include clubhouses, pickle ball courts, offices, and restrooms. 
Assists manager with supervision of service contractors.
Inspects irrigation system regularly to ensure it is working properly, repairs as necessary.
Operates within an approved budget and makes decisions with respect to the allocation of funds within the maintenance department.
Communicates regularly and professionally with management and associates.
Assists management with special maintenance projects.
Follows safety procedures while performing duties, including safely operating vehicles when moving from site to site and picking up supplies.
Completes on-call emergency services as required.
UPS Inspections include drive through, inspecting, maintain grounds and overall area, picking up trash/debris.
Drive Company truck as needed, adhering to company standards.
Works a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Performs duties as assigned.

Answers telephones using appropriate etiquette to book reservations or assist with existing reservations, including booking stays at other communities in the company portfolio.  Follows procedure to make, cancel or change reservations.  Maintains guest database and profiles.    
Assists guests with concierge services, including resort store purchases, personal planning services including offers to arrange dining reservations, activities and stay upgrades; Maintains excellent understanding of amenities and activities at the resort.    


Asks guests for extensions on their stay, consumer reviews and guest referrals.    
Handles guest requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority.    
Processes reservation, merchandise, ticket and fee-based activities payments; Responsible for accurate cash handling procedures and making daily deposits.      
Assists with resort communications, marketing materials and guest check in packages as instructed by General Manager.    
Accepts maintenance work orders and housekeeping turnover requirements for the resort. Coordinates with other departments to provide an exceptional guest experience.    


Performs various administrative tasks, including answering multi-line phones, typing, computer and data entry.    
Handles restocking items in assigned area as needed during shift.  This includes facing, restocking, cleaning and sanitizing resort store fixtures and food and beverage equipment.    
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Position Summary: The General Manager is responsible for the operation and continued profitability of the CRR Manufactured Home Community and serves as the day-to-day point of contact for guests & residents. They are responsible for sales, administrative activities, property maintenance, financial management, revenue generation and resident relations.

&middot;        Serves as the main contact for our staff and residents and as liaison and ambassador with the town and community.
&middot;        Works with project manager and administrates neighborhood development and construction process.
&middot;        Oversees the home sale and rental processes, procedures, and tracking, as well as administers home set and install process. Coordinates with home manufacturers for home orders and warranty issues. Assists in the marketing, showing and upkeep of homes for sale within the neighborhood.
&middot;        Acts as primary contact for property emergencies and operations and enforces rules and regulations of community.
&middot;        Administers home inventory, tracking, and associated vendor relation and lot modifications.
&middot;        Serves as the property&rsquo;s Qualified Party, and works with Title company and state for effective, accurate, and timely administration of home sales.
&middot;        Processes all paperwork and ensures it is completed correctly.
&middot;        Guarantees that A/R & A/P invoices are processed in a timely manner. Is responsible for the accuracy and reconciliation of all reports, accounting, and home orders tracking.

&middot;        Manages corporate policies and procedures and ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will bring thorough knowledge of Guest Services and Housekeeping operations, with a primary focus in planning, promoting, preparing, and supervising activities and events within the resort.

Prepares provisions for events, including arranging food and beverage, booking entertainers, designing tickets and coordinating sponsors to fund events.
Assist with social media to promote lifestyle and marketing of the resort and assist with preparing newsletters and distribute to guests.
Photograph guests and events whenever possible to use in marketing, social media, newsletters, and videos. 
Coordinate and provide additional services and activities for rally and group events in the resort, including private events, entertainment, and outreach. 
Ensure all guest amenities, outdoor games, equipment, and supplies are kept in good condition, and free of hazard.  
Ensure resort rules are followed in all areas of the property to promote guest safety and satisfaction.
Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
