Position Summary

What You'll Do
As the Maintenance Manager, you'll oversee the daily maintenance operation while ensuring our resort remains safe, beautiful, and operating at the highest standards.
You'll lead a talented maintenance team while managing:
Leadership & Team Development

Recruit, coach, develop, and inspire the maintenance team

Position Summary:  The Maintenance Technician performs routine and preventative maintenance to maintain the physical integrity of CRR&rsquo;s resorts. They conduct site and building maintenance repairs and are responsible for cleanliness and upkeep of property grounds, facilities, streets, equipment, and various utility systems. The Maintenance Technician provides excellent customer service to prospective and current guests and residents and assist with site setups to ensure timely arrivals and departures of resort guests and residents.

Resort Maintenance & Repairs

Perform routine maintenance, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs throughout the resort, including rental homes, guest accommodations, facilities, infrastructure, and common areas.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders to ensure a safe, functional, and enjoyable guest experience.
Complete pre-arrival and post-departure inspections of rental homes and resort sites, documenting physical condition and identifying any maintenance needs or damage.
Conduct regular inspections of resort facilities, equipment, and grounds to proactively identify and address maintenance concerns.

Grounds & Landscaping

Maintain the overall appearance and curb appeal of the resort in accordance with company standards, ensuring grounds are clean, attractive, and is guest-ready.
Perform lawn and landscape maintenance, including mowing, weed trimming, edging, raking leaves, planting flowers and shrubs, applying mulch, wood chips, or decorative stone, and trimming trees, hedges, and shrubbery.
Execute comprehensive weed control programs through the safe application of approved herbicides and landscaping treatments to maintain healthy, manicured grounds.
Remove fallen branches, storm debris, and other hazards resulting from adverse weather conditions.

Resort Cleanliness & Appearance

Ensure all common areas, streets, sidewalks, and public spaces remain clean, orderly, and free of litter, debris, and safety hazards.
Empty trash receptacles throughout the resort, including common areas, pet stations, and dog parks, as needed.
Maintain a welcoming and professional appearance throughout the property that reflects the resort's commitment to quality and guest satisfaction.

Amenities & Recreational Facilities

Clean and maintain resort amenities, including clubhouses, offices, restrooms, bathhouses, laundry facilities, maintenance areas, pools, sports courts, playgrounds, and other recreational facilities.
Conduct routine inspections of playground equipment, sports courts, pool and spa areas, and other guest amenities to ensure they are safe, operational, and in excellent condition.
Perform minor repairs and coordinate larger repairs as needed to minimize disruptions to guests.

Pool Operations (Where Applicable)

Monitor and maintain resort pools and spas in compliance with company standards and local regulations.
Test and record chemical levels, adjust water chemistry as necessary, and ensure pool areas remain clean, safe, and guest-ready.

Equipment & Vehicle Maintenance

Operate, inspect, and maintain resort vehicles, maintenance tools, landscaping equipment, and machinery to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Report equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs or preventative maintenance as needed.
Safely transport supplies, materials, and equipment throughout the resort.

Safety & Compliance

Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and operational guidelines while performing maintenance duties.
Regularly inspect streets, sidewalks, and public access routes to ensure they remain free from hazards, rocks, debris, and unsafe conditions.
Utilize proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe operating procedures when handling chemicals, equipment, vehicles, and maintenance tools.
Assist with emergency response, storm preparation, and recovery efforts as needed.

Schedule & Team Support

Maintain flexibility to work a full-time schedule, including weekends, holidays, evenings, and on-call shifts as business needs require.

Facility & Property Maintenance

Perform routine maintenance, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs to rental accommodations, buildings, facilities, streets, and resort infrastructure. 
Complete site inspections and condition checklists before and after guest occupancy to ensure accommodations meet company standards. 
Identify maintenance issues and complete repairs in a timely and professional manner.

Grounds & Curb Appeal

Maintain resort grounds, landscaping, and common areas to ensure a clean, attractive, and inviting environment.

Resort Cleanliness & Amenities

Collect and dispose of trash and debris from common areas, streets, and recreational spaces. 
Empty trash receptacles and maintain cleanliness of dog parks and other guest-use areas. 
Clean and maintain resort amenities, including clubhouses, offices, restrooms, bathhouses, laundry facilities, maintenance buildings, pools, playgrounds, and recreational areas. 
Inspect playgrounds, pools, spas, and recreational amenities regularly, reporting concerns and completing minor repairs as appropriate. 
Ensure streets, sidewalks, and public access areas remain safe, clean, and free of hazards. 

Pool Operations & Safety

Monitor, test, and adjust pool and spa chemical levels, where applicable, to maintain compliance with health and safety standards. 
Follow all company safety policies and procedures when operating equipment, handling chemicals, performing repairs, and driving company vehicles. 
Safely operate maintenance equipment and vehicles while completing assigned duties. 

Guest Service & Team Support

Provide friendly, professional, and responsive service to guests, residents, and team members.

Position Summary
The Housekeeping Public Space Associate plays a key role in creating an exceptional guest experience by maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall presentation of the resort's public spaces. This position is responsible for ensuring guests enjoy spotless and welcoming common areas, including bathhouses, laundry facilities, clubhouse, offices, retail store, and other shared amenities throughout the resort.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Guest Experience

Create a welcoming environment by ensuring resort facilities are clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times.
Respond promptly and courteously to guest questions, requests, and concerns.
Take pride in maintaining a positive first impression throughout the resort.

Cleaning & Public Space Maintenance

Clean, sanitize, and maintain all public areas including bathhouses, restrooms, laundry facilities, clubhouse, offices, retail store, and other common areas.
Perform sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, disinfecting, polishing, buffing, and washing of surfaces as needed.
Clean windows, mirrors, fixtures, and glass surfaces to ensure a polished appearance.
Monitor public spaces throughout the day and address cleanliness needs proactively.
Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
Report maintenance concerns, repairs, or safety issues to the Manager on Duty.

Laundry Operations

Launder linens, towels, blankets, and other soft goods used throughout vacation rentals and resort facilities.
Operate commercial laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain organized linen and supply storage areas.

Safety & Compliance

Follow all safety procedures and company standards regarding cleaning practices and chemical handling.
Properly use and store cleaning products, equipment, and supplies.
Place caution signs in work areas to ensure guest and associate safety and remove them when appropriate.
Immediately report unsafe conditions, accidents, incidents, or defective equipment.

Team Support

Assist with housekeeping duties in vacation rentals and accommodations during peak occupancy periods or business needs.
Help maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the resort grounds and facilities.
Work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.

Qualifications

Position Summary:  The Maintenance Technician performs routine and preventative maintenance to maintain the physical integrity of CRR&rsquo;s resorts. They conduct site and building maintenance repairs and are responsible for cleanliness and upkeep of property grounds, facilities, streets, equipment, and various utility systems. The Maintenance Technician provides excellent customer service to prospective and current guests and residents at all times and assist with site setups to ensure timely arrivals and departures of resort guests and residents.

Carries out routine maintenance and minor repairs to rental homes, facilities, and streets as needed. 
Completes checklists of physical condition of resort sites prior to and after guest occupancy. 
Warrants common area lawns are manicured appropriately. Regularly treats for weeds, weed whip, rake leaves, plant flowers/shrubs, spread mulch/woodchips/stones, trims shrubs and hedges, cuts, and removes tree limbs damaged by adverse weather conditions, and performs other lawn care services as necessary. This includes a rigorous regimen of treating weeds, employing specialized chemicals to eradicate unwanted growth. 
Certifies resort is presentable and inviting at all times, and that it adheres to CRR's curb appeal standards. 
Ensures trash/debris is picked up daily from common areas and streets daily. Empties common area trash containers and dog runs as needed. 
Cleans resort amenities, which may include clubhouses, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, resort offices, restrooms, laundry areas, bath houses, and maintenance garage. 
Reviews playground area and equipment, pool/spa area, and other recreational amenities to ensure everything is in good condition, making minor repairs as needed. 
Confirms all resort streets and public access routes are free of hazards and rocks. 
Sustains resort pool(s), test chemical levels, and adjust appropriately, where applicable. 
Maintains resort vehicles and equipment. 
Follows safety procedures while performing duties, including safely operating vehicles when moving from site to site and picking up supplies. 
Works a flexible schedule, full time - including weekends and Holiday as needed.]]></description>

The Resort Housekeeping Attendant is the guardian of our resort&rsquo;s first impression. You are responsible for transforming our facilities, communal spaces, and vacation rentals into pristine, welcoming retreats. By maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and aesthetics, you ensure our guests feel "at home" the moment they pull into their site or step into a cottage.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Creating the "Wow" Factor: Curates a welcoming environment for guests by ensuring all vacation rental units and communal spaces are flawlessly cleaned, staged, and ready for arrival.
Comprehensive Facility Care: Meticulously sanitizes high-traffic resort buildings including luxury bathhouses, guest laundry facilities, the clubhouse, and the retail store. This includes advanced floor care (buffing, waxing, and disinfecting) and ensuring all surfaces&mdash;from high-touch countertops to window panes&mdash;are streak-free and sparkling.
Vacation Rental Stewardship: Performs deep-cleaning of rental cottages/units, including sleeping quarters, kitchens, and living areas. Specific attention is given to appliance sanitation (ensuring units are free of debris, mold, and odors) and defrosting freezers to maintain longevity and hygiene.
Detail-Oriented Inspections: Conducts thorough departure "turnover" inspections. You act as the eyes and ears of the resort, documenting any missing inventory or damaged assets and reporting maintenance needs immediately to the Guest Services team.
Textile Management: Operates industrial and household laundry equipment to process linens, blankets, and soft goods, ensuring they meet the resort&rsquo;s standards for softness, cleanliness, and presentation.
Safety & Chemical Oversight: Expertly handles cleaning chemicals and equipment according to OSHA and resort safety standards. Proactively identifies and reports potential hazards, defective equipment, or guest safety concerns to management.
Resort Ambassadorship: Maintains a professional, "stage-ready" appearance of all public areas. This includes managing the transition between indoor and outdoor spaces (sweeping entryways, tidying porch furniture) to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Operational Flexibility: Demonstrates a team-player mindset by maintaining a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to support the resort during peak travel seasons.

 
Physical Requirements & Environment

Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment involving standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
Comfort working in varied weather conditions as you move between resort buildings and rental units.
Capability to operate a resort golf cart or utility vehicle for efficient transport of supplies across the property.

Position Summary: The Resort General Manager is responsible for the operations and continued profitability of Rock Springs RV Resort.  Serves as the day-to-day point of contact for guests and residents.

Position Summary:  The Resort Housekeeper is responsible for regularly cleaning resort facilities and buildings to ensure the resort always remains presentable and sanitary.

Creates a welcoming environment for our guests by ensuring the RV Resort and vacation rental units are clean and cared for.  
Cleans and sanitizes all resort buildings and common areas including bath houses, laundry facilities, clubhouses, offices, and convenience stores.  This includes sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, stripping, waxing, buffing, disinfecting, and washing all surfaces.  Washes and maintains cleanliness of all windows throughout resort.  Ensures water marks are removed from fixtures and mirrors.  Reports any maintenance needs to Guest Services for follow up.   
Maintains and professionally cleans vacation rental units to include sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms.  This includes cleaning and sanitizing appliances to ensure they are free of food particles, mold and mildew, and defrosting freezer as needed.   
Completes vacation rental turnover inspection checklists at the departure of customers to account for missing/damaged items or maintenance work orders needed and provide to Guest Services for follow up.   
Launders and operates washing machines for industrial or household items.  These may include blankets, linens, towels, and other soft goods as supplied in the resort vacation rentals and common areas.   
Follows all established safety procedures and precautions including safe handling of cleaning chemicals. Report all unsafe or hazardous conditions, incidents, accidents, and/or defective equipment to manager. 
Ensures general resort appearance is well maintained and orderly.

Position Summary: The Ranger will assist with light maintenance duties, nightly lockup, after hours calls, site audits and assisting guests with compliance of policies and procedures.
