Overview
 
The Account Development Representative (ADR) is responsible for re-engaging and developing opportunities within Super Color Digital&rsquo;s existing account database of approximately 25,000 accounts.
 
This role focuses on account activation, relationship building, and pipeline generation, working closely with Account Executives to convert existing and dormant accounts into revenue opportunities.
 
Unlike traditional SDR roles, the ADR will primarily work with known accounts and existing data, requiring strong organizational skills, follow-up discipline, and the ability to identify revenue opportunities within an established customer base.
 
 
Key Responsibilities
 
Account Management & Activation
 
* Manage and systematically work through a database of ~25,000 accounts
* Re-engage dormant and inactive accounts
* Identify new opportunities within existing and past customer accounts
* Maintain consistent outreach across assigned account segments
 
Pipeline Generation
 
* Schedule meetings between prospects and Account Executives
* Ensure high-quality, qualified meetings are booked and completed
* Maintain consistent pipeline flow for the sales team
* Prioritize high-value accounts and opportunities
 
 
Outreach & Engagement
 
* Execute outbound outreach via phone, email, and CRM tools
* Follow structured outreach cycles based on account segmentation
* Conduct follow-ups with previous opportunities and past customers
* Support marketing-driven lead engagement
 
 
CRM & Data Management
 
* Accurately document all outreach and account activity in Salesforce
* Maintain clean and updated account records
* Track engagement, follow-ups, and next steps
* Ensure proper attribution for meetings and opportunities
 
Collaboration
 
* Work closely with Account Executives to transition qualified opportunities
* Communicate account insights and activity updates
* Align on priority accounts and target opportunities
 
 
Performance Expectations
 
The ADR is expected to:
 
* Generate consistent meeting volume for Account Executives
* Maintain high activity levels across assigned accounts
* Reactivate dormant accounts and identify new opportunities
* Support overall revenue growth through pipeline development
 
Typical monthly targets may include:
 
* 800&ndash;1,200 accounts touched
* 50&ndash;70 meetings scheduled
* 35&ndash;50 meetings completed
* $100K&ndash;$300K in influenced pipeline
 

Compensation
 
* Hourly Base: $25/hour
* Meeting Bonus: $20 per completed meeting
* Revenue Commission: 0.5% of paid revenue generated from accounts introduced or reactivated by the ADR (up to 12 months following initial meeting)

Oversee all production departments, including purchasing, stockroom, shipping, receiving, and drivers


Manage and coordinate workflow across the production floor


Ensure all work orders meet company quality standards before advancing or shipping


Maintain production schedules and ensure deadlines are met


Stage and track jobs within the production management system


Monitor daily production activity and address operational bottlenecks proactively


Maintain secure handling procedures for confidential graphic projects

Job Summary:
Employees who manage the entire Production floor are responsible for accepting/rejecting Work Orders and ensuring that the accepted Work Orders are completed in the safest, most efficient and faultless way possible. They complete reports and have meetings that demonstrate the work status and issues that have come up on the Production floor. They make sure that each department has checked that the merchandise is without blemish before moving to the next stage of Production. They coordinate the scheduling of the Work Orders with the department leads at the Production meeting.

Job Duties:

Coordinate the purchase of necessary materials for the Production staff with the Stock Room and Purchasing Department
Manage the operation of the entire Production floor
Maintain Production quality
Daily checkups of every department looking for safety, effectiveness and any other problems department leads may have
Sign off on job approval of rejected merchandise, when applicable
Make sure that each department is ensuring the standards and quality that are expected at Super Color Digital
Stage jobs, beginning in Preflight, in Production using the computer system
Attend Production meeting, be ready to contribute advice and status of current Work Orders as well as open Work Orders
Create spreadsheets and documents that describe status of Work Orders and procedures used on the machines
Oversee and facilitate all production departments including purchasing, stockroom, shipping, receiving and drivers
Adhere to scheduled timelines for all scheduled shipments
Create Daily Production Reports which are given to VP of Operations 
Maintain lockdown protocols for secured graphic projects 
Manage unacceptable employee performance through the use of Disciplinary Action Notices, counseling and regular performance evaluations
Host daily operation and status meetings with multiple departments
Oversee all daily requirements and scheduling for next shift
Train personnel on work flow with the ability to lead, coach and inspire a teams to excel and meet deadlines
Communicate frequently with VP of Operations and implement decisions through department leads 
Check that all information regarding Work Order is correct before accepting job, make sure that employees perform duties perfectly and check that all information is correct regarding Work Order/merchandise before allowing a job to be shipped out from Super Color Digital

Employees who receive printed merchandise and stage, trim, sew, apply hardware to the merchandise are responsible for measuring each piece of merchandise in a Work Order and assure that the printing has created exactly what the client wanted, using all the lasers found in the job jacket. Then Finishing will lay out the merchandise and check dimensions to make sure that the job is properly sized. If not, they will go to the Finishing Lead to discuss solutions. When dimensions are correct the sewing of pole pockets or seams is completed. Hardware such as grommets is added according to the Finishing Form as well as the Work Order Finishing Instruction. Finishing must complete their work then move the merchandise to the next stage in the computer system.

Standard & Overlap Machine, big banner, prepare for whole job.


Knowing how to read measurements, inches and convert inches to decimals
