POSITION SUMMARY:
Employee in this position is responsible for the operation of plant 
facilities including natural gas processing plants, which may include NGL fractionation, compression, 
electric generation, dehydration equipment, truck loading/unloading, condensate stabilization, amine 
treating and control systems. Position requires the ability to work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule.
Presents a positive and professional image to customers, vendors, employees, and the public.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Maintains the operation of all plant facilities in accordance with operating guidelines and 
instructions. 
2. Makes any necessary process and/or control adjustments to meet production targets or product 
quality specifications.
3. Performs routine and emergency operating changes to correct abnormal conditions, reporting such 
conditions and corrections to supervisor.
4. Performs routine checks of all operating equipment including storage tanks, product loading areas
and control systems.
5. Prepares product samples, runs product tests, and as needed, prepares product samples for 
laboratory analysis.
6. Required to attend an operator information exchange meeting 15 minutes prior to scheduled shift 
change.
7. Adheres to all Momentum Safety and Environmental requirements and participates in program 
development and reviews.
8. Perform duties in compliance with all associated regulations (PSM, ERP, SPCC, RMP, etc.) which 
include documentation and reporting for each regulation.
9. Perform plant facilities inspections and documentation as assigned.
10. Performs other duties and special projects as assigned by supervisor.
11. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Momentum staff, co-workers, contractors, partners, customers, and others.
12. Must maintain strict confidentiality, including the ability to recognize situations in which 
confidentiality is required.
13. Must pass pre-employment drug test and criminal history background check, and will be subject to 
random, for-cause and post- accident drug testing, in accordance with Company policies and 
procedures.
14. Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license and be insurable under the company&rsquo;s vehicle insurance policy.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
&bull; High School diploma or equivalent is required and: four years&rsquo; experience in NGL fractionation, 
oil refinery, natural gas processing plant and compression operations. The four-year requirement 
may be modified depending on qualifications.
&bull; Must have working experience with pneumatic and electronic controls.

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.      Makes routine operational and calibration checks on instruments, safety and control equipment, measurement equipment, gas and liquid analyzers and communications systems.
2.      Tests, calibrates, and repairs safety, control, shut down and analytical devices on a regularly scheduled basis.  Develops and maintains such schedules.
3.      Maintains instrument and control equipment data log sheets and computer based preventive maintenance system.
4.      Makes routine and emergency calibrations and adjustments to correct abnormal operation of instruments and controllers and reports such conditions and corrective actions to operators and supervisor.
5.      Maintains spare parts inventories for critical safety equipment and spare parts deemed necessary for reliable plant operation.  
6.      Maintains instruments and control equipment in a clean and serviceable condition.
7.      Assists in installation, calibration, start-up, commissioning and programming of instruments and control equipment.
8.      Maintains computer equipment and software for plant and office operations when necessary.
9.      Maintains test equipment inventory in ready condition.
10.  Maintains company communication systems including telephone, radio, SCADA system and microwave system.
11.  Maintains medium, and low voltage AC and DC electrical systems. 
12.  Adheres to all Company Safety and Environmental requirements and participates in program development and reviews.
13.  Performs other job-related duties and special projects as assigned by supervisor.

POSITION SUMMARY: This role is responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of natural gas pipeline systems to include gathering/residue pipelines, operating compression, dehydration, control systems, electrical generation, and some plant facilities.  Presents a positive and professional image to customers, vendors, employees, and the public.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.      Assumes the responsibility of operating pipelines and associated equipment such as dehydrators, treating equipment, fluid separating equipment, valves, gas/liquid measurement equipment, pumps, etc.  Operating the equipment and system may include, but is not limited to:
&middot;     Pigging and/or directing activities to pig pipelines used for natural gas, condensate and produced water gathering.
&middot;     Start-up/shutdown of equipment.
&middot;     Adjusting controls to bring equipment into recommended or prescribed operating ranges.
&middot;     Visually inspecting equipment and controls at periodic intervals to detect malfunctions or need for repair, adjustment, or lubrication.
&middot;     De-pressuring equipment and pipelines.
&middot;     Purging/pressurizing equipment and pipelines.
&middot;     Performing pipeline patrols.
&middot;     Performing gas leakage surveys.
&middot;     Locating and marking underground pipelines and monitor construction activity along the ROW.
&middot;     Operating valves.
2.      Implements safe work practices and a proactive safety culture while ensuring safety for the employee, the public, and the environment at all times. 
3.      Keeps Gas Control advised of any operational changes to the pipeline or equipment, as well as any safety related conditions. 
4.      Ensures regulatory compliance and record keeping requirements are met and continually monitored.  The regulations include but are not limited to the Department of Transportation, Railroad Commission, and Operator Qualification plans.       
5.      Reads, monitors, and records various conditions such as pressures, temperatures, hours of operation, fuel consumed, water levels, and monitors gauges.
6.      Performs minor maintenance on equipment, including but not limited to, dehydrators, fluid separating equipment, valves, pumps, etc.  Performing minor maintenance on the equipment and system may also include, but is not limited to:
&middot;     Monitoring, removing, and replacing filters, oil, chemicals, and other lubricating fluids as needed.
&middot;     Remove and replace gaskets as needed.
&middot;     Remove and replace valves if necessary.
&middot;     Install plugs as necessary.
&middot;     Change gauges.
&middot;     Maintain sites in clean condition including picking up trash, taking out trash, controlling weeds, minor painting, etc. 
&middot;     Clean out sight glasses as necessary.
&middot;     Change out suction/discharge valves on compressors.
&middot;     Change out light bulbs or fuses.
7.      Continually meeting the demands and improving upon the needs of our customers.
8.      Establishes and maintains a near perfect driving record. 
9.      Directs and supervises contract labor involved in pipeline maintenance activities.
10.  Collaborates well with direct supervisor on new and improved ideas associated with an always changing pipeline system.
11.  Establish and maintain professional, effective working relationships with co-workers, subordinates (if any) and company officers and managers, clients, vendors, and suppliers.
12.  Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, including the ability to recognize situations in which confidentiality is required.
13.  Performs special projects and other job-related duties as assigned.

Utilizes preventative maintenance system to prepare and strictly carry out the maintenance schedule based upon manufacturer&rsquo;s recommendations and industry accepted guidelines for each piece of operating equipment.


Submits requests for parts, services, and materials to supervisor.


Prepares accurate written and computer reports as required of all maintenance and repair work.


Performs or supervises major overhauls of equipment and assists with the construction of new facilities.


Assures all facilities are maintained in a weed-free, clean, and painted condition and on a maintenance schedule to minimize downtime, lost production and maintain a safe operating environment.


Directs contract labor when necessary and monitors the activity of third-party representatives when present on company sites.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitor, control and regulate flow and pressure on all pipeline systems, utilizing information gathered from the SCADA system. 
Recognize and respond to abnormal operating conditions (AOC&rsquo;s).
Serve as the first point of contact from landowners and the public reporting any unusual noises, odors, or right-of-way activity.
Acknowledge and respond to alarms received via the SCADA system.
Follow applicable procedures in the Control Room Management, O & M, and Emergency Plans. 
Verbal and written correspondence with internal and external customers.
Dispatch local personnel for Emergency One Call line locate requests.
Ensure that all receipt and delivery nominations are met within the pipeline&rsquo;s capability.
Communicate closely with the Scheduling Department regarding nominations and imbalances.
Provide feedback on procedures to support continuous improvement within the Control Room.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor.
