Education Requirements:
Minimum Two Year College degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer or Electrical Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum ten years&rsquo; experience in IT/IS.
Skills/Knowledge /Abilities(SKA):
Broad network, systems, administration, development and database skills. 
Epicor is a plus
Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving ability. 
Some lifting and carrying (up to 40 pounds). 
Ability to use hand and power tools. 
Knowledge of electricity and electronics concepts.

Job Summary:
The Program Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of customer programs within an Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) environment. The Program Manager leads cross-functional efforts to manage product builds, resolve issues, and support ongoing customer relationships while driving operational efficiency, profitability, and account growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Work in a leadership role by having the Program Managers report directly into the Sr. Program Manager lead role.
In this site PM leadership role, work with the sales team to improve and grow new customer development and onboarding strategies including manufacturing transitional handoffs and sales development. 
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned EMS customer accounts, maintaining a strong, responsive relationship throughout the product lifecycle.
Lead the full program lifecycle including New Product Introduction (NPI), production ramp, and sustaining activities.
Collaborate with planning, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and test teams to meet production schedules and quality standards.
Manage build plans, material readiness, and internal priorities to ensure on-time delivery.
Conduct regular Customer Focus Team (CFT) meetings to align internal resources and proactively address program needs.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as on-time delivery (OTD), cost, quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Oversee Excess and Obsolete (E&O) inventory, support customer forecasts, and mitigate supply chain risks.
Drive change management processes, including ECN implementation and deviations, and communication across functions.
Assist with P&L and revenue forecasting, and backlog management. To include monitoring AR and tariff requirements.
Lead and organize Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with customers to review performance and identify new business opportunities.
Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts by recognizing customer needs and aligning them with the company's capabilities.
Partner with the sales team to develop and present proposals, quotes, and program expansions.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or related methodologies to enhance customer value and reduce operational costs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field, preferred.
4&ndash;7 years of experience in program management.  EMS or electronics manufacturing environment, preferred.
Strong knowledge of PCBA, box build, and electronic product lifecycles, preferred.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Understanding of sales processes, value propositions, and account development strategies.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

Essential Functions

Assist with the maintenance of the Quality Management System and all pertinent documentation.
Distribute controlled documents, including prints and specifications, to appropriate departments.
File, scan, and maintain accurate records in accordance with document control procedures.
Maintain Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS/SDS) files and documentation.
Perform general administrative duties related to the Document Control function.
Develop and maintain visual aids and work instructions for PCA (Printed Circuit Assembly) and Box Build manufacturing areas.
Develop and update product routings within the Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Program Management to provide NPI support, including creation of visual aids and work instructions.
Revise and update visual aids and work instructions based on assembly trials, engineering reviews, and operational feedback to support process improvements.

Qualifications and Experience

High School diploma or equivalent required.
3 + years of related experience.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word required.
Experience in a Document Control or regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
Experience in an electronics manufacturing or EMS environment is a plus.
Strong PC skills with proficiency in standard office software.
Ability to operate general office equipment (printer, scanner, copier, etc.).
Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to follow procedures and maintain document accuracy and integrity.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive receiving inspections and quality assurance tasks to ensure all incoming materials meet our rigorous standards
Execute tape and reel component handling and verification with precision
Conduct thorough kit auditing to verify completeness and accuracy of component sets
Input inspection data into our ERP system with accuracy and attention to detail
Apply MSDS labeling and ensure proper documentation of hazardous materials
Perform measurement and component analysis using precision tools and techniques
Read and interpret component and mechanical drawings to verify specifications

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
Strong attention to detail and genuine commitment to quality

Ability to lift and handle boxes up to 30 lbs regularly
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Reliable attendance and a positive attitude toward learning
Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.



Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, or quality inspection (we'll train the right person!)
Familiarity with precision measurement tools and gauges
Background in inventory management or materials handling
Experience reading technical drawings or blueprints
IPC-A-610 certification
