OVERVIEW

About the Role

Andrew Reise Consulting is a leading customer experience consulting firm helping Fortune 500 clients design and realize measurable business value through CX strategy, contact center optimization, and technology deployment. We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead high-touch, outcome-focused delivery engagements for our most complex enterprise accounts.

In this role, you are the operational hub for multi-workstream enterprise engagements. You own contractual delivery, manage escalations, drive cross-functional coordination, and serve as the primary operational contact for strategic clients across financial services, healthcare, and telecom. You work alongside Engagement Directors, Customer Success Managers, and Account Executives — and you are accountable for making the program run.

The right candidate is a self-directed operator who thrives in complex, matrixed environments, keeps projects moving without waiting to be told what to do next, and builds trust with senior client stakeholders through clarity, follow-through, and proactive communication.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

What You'll Own

Operational Leadership & Program Execution
• Own end-to-end execution of all contractual delivery activities within the program scope
• Drive progress across all parallel project workstreams — implementation, onboarding, adoption, and support
• Manage all assigned project resources and ensure cross-team alignment across delivery, support, and product functions
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for client questions, special requests, and escalations
• Proactively communicate account-specific status, risks, and decisions to client and internal stakeholders

Program Governance & Artifact Ownership
This role is the operational backbone of the program governance model. The Program Manager is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and applying a consistent set of governance practices and artifacts across all client accounts.

• Establish and maintain a program-level RAID log (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions); ensure issues and risks are escalated to the appropriate leader or team and documented consistently
• Own and maintain a defined set of program artifacts for each account: RACI/RASCI, program calendar, RAID log, communications plan, dependency chart, project scorecards, and program summary
• Collect project-level status from individual project managers and roll up into program-level status reporting and scorecards
• Ensure all program artifacts and deliverables are stored and maintained in an accessible, consistent manner — preferably via SharePoint/Teams
• Maintain a centralized account-level decision log as part of the RAID to capture all program-level decisions and approvals
• Apply consistent governance practices across all assigned accounts; templates and approaches should be uniform across the portfolio

Cross-Project Dependency & Schedule Management
• Identify and manage cross-workstream dependencies; maintain a program-level dependency chart to proactively surface sequencing risks before they impact delivery
• Maintain a program calendar to track and communicate key events, milestones, and coordination points across all active workstreams and client accounts
• Ensure cross-project coordination of potential impacts and dependencies; align project teams on sequencing, shared resources, and interdependencies
• Own work planning and timeline management at the program level; ensure project schedules are maintained by project managers at the appropriate level of detail for communication

Escalation & Risk Management
• Serve as the first escalation point for client concerns, critical support issues, and delivery risks
• Oversee escalation resolution in coordination with account managers and internal leadership
• Identify and surface risks early — before they become client-visible problems
• Develop mitigation plans and drive resolution with a bias toward action
• Monitor project budgets and burn rates; raise financial risks proactively and support change order processes in coordination with project managers and account leadership

Stakeholder Communication & Governance
• Manage all internal and external meeting coordination, agendas, and follow-through across the full program cadence (weekly touchpoints, service reviews, business reviews, and annual strategic reviews)
• Produce clear, concise status reporting tailored to operational and executive audiences — including program summaries and project scorecards
• Maintain a program-level communications plan and roster to ensure appropriate communication levels, avoid conflicts, and prevent under- or over-communication
• Partner with internal leadership and stakeholders to ensure client and internal teams are aligned on priorities, milestones, and value realization
• Articulate findings, risks, and recommendations to executive stakeholders with confidence and credibility

Value Realization & Client Success
• Keep delivery anchored to client outcomes by connecting program execution to the client's defined KPIs and success metrics
• Monitor performance across workstreams and flag deviations from plan before they impact value realization timelines
• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to translate delivery status into a client-facing value narrative
• Support business development and expansion by identifying opportunities to deepen the client partnership

QUALIFICATIONS

What We're Looking For

Required
• 7+ years of program or project management experience in a consulting, SaaS delivery, or professional services environment
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-workstream programs with enterprise clients — implementation, onboarding, or ongoing managed service delivery
• Proven track record of operating as a self-directed lead: setting your own agenda, identifying what needs to happen, and driving it without waiting for direction
• Strong executive communication skills — written, verbal, and in real-time high-stakes settings
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts, projects, and stakeholder relationships simultaneously without losing detail or urgency
• Proficiency with MS Office and project tracking/reporting tools
• Experience producing and maintaining program governance artifacts — RAID logs, status reports, RACI charts, dependency charts, and communication plans

Strongly Preferred
• Experience with contact center platforms and products (WFM, QA, Analytics, or Engagement Management) — deep platform knowledge is a meaningful differentiator in this role
• Background in contact center technology delivery or contact center operations
• Experience delivering within a structured customer success or premium managed service engagement model
• Familiarity with enterprise-scale accounts in financial services, healthcare, telecom, or insurance
• Proficiency with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams for document management and team coordination

CULTURE & FIT

The Traits That Set Great Candidates Apart

This is not a role for someone who executes tasks handed to them. The Senior PM is expected to own the program — to see around corners, manage ambiguity, and hold complex engagements together across matrixed internal teams and senior client stakeholders. The candidates who succeed in this role share a few things in common:

• They listen first. Before recommending solutions, they understand the full situation — the client's context, constraints, and what matters most to them.
• They create structure in ambiguous environments without being rigid about methodology.
• They are client-obsessed in the right way: they build trust through follow-through and honesty, not by telling clients what they want to hear.
• They keep the focus on outcomes — and know how to connect day-to-day execution to the bigger picture.
• They are humble enough to collaborate across a complex team, but confident enough to escalate, push back, and make calls.
• They bring consistency. Across every account, every artifact, every client touchpoint — they hold the standard.

The short version
You love figuring out why customers do what they do (and then proving it with data). You're the person who turns a messy pile of survey responses, interview notes, and CRM exports into a story a room full of executives can't stop nodding at. And you're genuinely curious about what AI can do to make that work faster and sharper. If that's you, keep reading.
About the work (and us)
We're a growing consulting firm that's fun, flexible, and more than a little obsessed with our clients (some of the world's most recognizable brands). We help them define and realize real business results through strategy, research, and pragmatic execution. We speak customer for a living.
We're looking for a versatile Customer Experience (CX) Consultant who pairs a passion for customer experience with real analytical horsepower and a gift for data storytelling. You're a strategic thinker and a hands-on doer, equally at home leading a client workshop, running qualitative research, digging into Voice of Customer (VoC) feedback, or building the visualization that finally makes an insight click. You bring curiosity about artificial intelligence (AI) and a willingness to experiment with emerging AI and generative AI tools to accelerate research, sharpen analysis, and elevate the client experience.
What you'll do
Other duties may come up too. That's consulting.
Customer Experience Strategy
Lead and support CX engagements, including journey mapping, current-state assessments, and roadmap development.
Run and take part in executive interviews, employee and customer focus groups, and client workshops to surface challenges and define future-state experiences.
Identify CX opportunities using VoC, customer behavior data, and industry benchmarks.
Develop and deliver client-facing materials, including CX roadmaps, governance frameworks, and communication strategies.
Define KPIs and success measures for customer experience initiatives.
Data & Insights
Collect, clean, and process structured and unstructured data from multiple sources (surveys, CRM, operational data).
Use AI and generative AI tools to speed up data collection and processing, deepen analysis, and raise the speed and quality of insights and client deliverables.
Build dashboards and reports in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau that support storytelling and decision-making.
Apply statistical techniques (regression, weighting, bias adjustment) to back up recommendations.
Translate insights into compelling stories that move client decisions and partner with stakeholders to turn findings into actionable recommendations
Cross-Functional Consulting
Collaborate with business, product, and IT stakeholders to align customer strategies with data capabilities.
Spot and resolve data quality issues that get in the way of good insights.
Juggle multiple projects while delivering high-quality work on time.
Contribute to proposal development and client presentations as needed.
Who you are
Our five values aren't wall art. They're how we hire and how we work. You'll fit right in if you're:
A creative problem solver. You bring structure to ambiguous problems and aren't afraid to test, iterate, and learn.
Client obsessed. You genuinely care about getting it right for the people you serve.
Confident while humble. You hold strong opinions loosely, ask good questions, and give credit freely.
Passionate about growth. Yours and your clients'. You seek out feedback and fill your own skill gaps.
Fun, flexible, and collaborative. You pitch in wherever needed and keep the mood good when the work gets hard.
You're a self-starter who is resourceful and likes to learn, comfortable working independently, and someone we can trust to run with things.
What you'll bring
Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
3+ years in consulting, customer experience, or strategy.
2+ years in data analysis, business intelligence, or data storytelling.
Experience conducting or supporting primary and secondary customer research.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot), PowerPoint, and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Working knowledge of survey methodologies, sampling, and data weighting.
Familiarity with statistical methods, regression analysis, and forecasting.
Curiosity about AI. A willingness to experiment with AI and generative AI tools in research, analysis, and client deliverables. (Learner mindset welcome; mastery not required.)
Experience with VoC or Experience Management platforms (Qualtrics, Medallia) is a plus.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.
The details
This is a full-time, salaried W2 position with very competitive benefits and (we'll say it) a genuinely great team to work with.
