Avocados From Mexico is looking to hire a dynamic Sr. Omni Shopper Marketing Manager that will help build brand equity, accelerate avocado demand, and transform the avocado category & produce industry.  This person is responsible for driving the activation strategy, development, and flawless execution of best-in-class omni-channel national shopper marketing campaigns and top account-specific programming.  The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker that will turn the ordinary path-to-purchase into an extraordinary shopper experience across grocery, mass and club channels. This includes cross-functional collaboration and development of retail media, shopper digital/social activations, packaging designs, and insightful campaign post-analysis.  Reporting to the Director of Omni Shopper Marketing, the Sr. Shopper Marketing Manager will hold a critical role in fiscal Planning process, customer planning, identify innovative opportunities, and develop rationale to inform future shopper campaign decisions for General Market and Hispanic initiatives. The right candidate will embody Avocados From Mexico&rsquo;s commitment for breaking the produce mold.
 




Responsibilities




&middot;       Champions the omni-channel Shopper strategy including managing the development and execution of the national omni-channel campaigns, key retail/account-specific programs and initiatives that build brand equity and drive positive business results. Sets and measures KPIs/metrics for success.  
&middot;       Leads and manages key customer account plans, brand partnerships, negotiates agreements, and fosters ongoing partner relationships in support of the shopper marketing agenda and plan.  
&middot;       Leads marketing sell-in with select customers/accounts, including developing persuasive storytelling, building strategic sales decks, and representing marketing as the senior voice in customer presentations.
&middot;       Leads activation and implementation of sales/marketing materials, in-store signage/merchandising displays, print & digital coupons, digital/social, retail media tactics, consumer sweepstakes, etc.
&middot;       Partners with the Digital and Media teams to activate digital campaigns that drive engagement & purchase.
&middot;       Drive future-focused innovative thinking by staying informed of emerging trends, shopper insights, and technologies to identify new go-to-market opportunities that move the needle. 
&middot;       Supports Manager in new fiscal/annual planning process and shopper marketing plans, presentation development, innovation development, and sharing of best practice to support short-term category growth.
&middot;       Manage multiple projects simultaneously while overseeing on-going timelines/workflow and execution of omni shopper marketing campaigns aligned with goals and objectives throughout fiscal year. Delivers program performance recaps with key learnings and actionable recommendations.
&middot;       Primary driver and owner of day-to-day relationship with key agency partners and vendors including briefing, planning and execution.
&middot;       Acts as a liaison with AFM&rsquo;s Trade Marketing team to develop and align plans in designated customer accounts while participating in key retailer presentations and meetings as needed.

The ideal candidate brings top-tier agency expertise, large-scale campaign exposure (Super Bowl-level experience preferred), and the ability to translate communications performance into business impact. This role reports to the Senior Director of Corporate Communications and PR; and works closely with cross-department teams (brand and digital marketing, shopper and trade, and foodservice); and acts as the primary point of contact for the PR agency. Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Deputy Function

Serve as second-in-command to the Senior Director, stepping in to lead initiatives, cross-functional planning sessions, and agency and partners management.
Provide high-level strategic recommendations that elevate conversations beyond execution into measurable business impact.
Shape integrated communications plans and strategies that align brand storytelling with corporate reputation and sustainability priorities.
Contribute to planning and crisis response in coordination with AFM leadership and parent organizations (APEAM and MHAIA).

Big Campaign & Integrated Communications Leadership

Lead integrated communications strategy for high visibility tentpole campaigns (e.g., Super Bowl).
Ensure campaigns deliver measurable earned impact and align with broader business objectives and company strategy.
Oversee agency partners with strong strategic direction and accountability.
Drive story mining, narrative framing, and proactive media positioning that reinforces AFM&rsquo;s category leadership and innovation.

Corporate Reputation & Cross-Border Engagement

The Sr Foodservice Business Development Manager will serve as a member of the company&rsquo;s Food Service team helping to lead the company&rsquo;s partnership vision and values.  The individual will assist with helping the AFM Foodservice team become a world-class foodservice sales and marketing team, becoming the unquestioned leader in the fresh produce category within Foodservice. 
 
The role is responsible for leading the business development across multiple segments to drive the promotional programs that will accelerate short term demand through partnerships in restaurant chain accounts, broadliners, contract feeders, universities and concessions. This individual will be responsible for identifying and driving growth opportunities in the foodservice channel to increase overall avocado menu penetration.   The role will require strong relationship management skills and the ability to prospect and maintain existing partnerships that support future growth in the channel.  .
 




Responsibilities




 
&middot;         Utilize market knowledge to develop new business opportunities through prospecting, leads, and referrals for target operator accounts.
&middot;         Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in existing target accounts and conduct follow up as required.
&middot;         Leads the planning and implementation of new and existing promotional opportunities for targeted accounts and develops successful marketing tools for Food Service channel including key account marketing plans that leverage offers, incentives, customer social media, consumer outreach, staff education, and other tactics.

The Associate Manager of Marketing Data & Analytics leverages data processing, analytics tools, and business strategy to drive informed decision-making for the Marketing organization. This role partners closely with cross-functional data and marketing teams to extract, analyze, and interpret data; develop clear, actionable reports; and translate insights into measurable business impact.
Key responsibilities include monitoring and evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, leading audience development, segmentation, and supporting optimization efforts across channels. &middot;     Analytics experience with platforms associated with business models.
&middot;     Highly proficient in PowerPoint with the ability to visualize data and tell a story with actionable insights.
&middot;     Indepth understanding of web and online communication strategies and the latest technologies.
&middot;     Ability to take on ad-hoc projects as assigned. 
&middot;     Bilingual preferred but not required.
 




Education/Experience Requirements




 
&middot;     Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required.
&middot;     Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing/Analytics experience required.
&middot;     Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
&middot;     Experience working with tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager).
