POSITION SUMMARY
Support students in developing post-secondary plans, engage community partners, maintain digital platforms, and facilitate events that promote enrollment and program success. Coordinate upliftED outreach, education, marketing, and social media to raise awareness of college readiness and persistence resources. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF POSITION
An individual must be able to perform each essential duty listed below at a satisfactory level: 

       Support students in creating and following a post-secondary plan through graduation and enrollment.
       Conduct upliftED outreach and education activities.
       Attend and increase awareness of upliftED services at interagency networking meetings with other community organizations.
       Assist with the marketing upliftED for partnership opportunities. 
       Update and maintain upliftED website.
       Update and monitor the text messaging platform.
       Manage and create content for the upliftED social media accounts.
       Facilitate outreach events to increase knowledge of college readiness and persistence topics.
       Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 
       Coordinate the upliftED meetings.
       Develop in-depth knowledge of upliftED and services focused on post-secondary education and achieving credentials.
       Assist with providing reporting on program outputs and outcomes. 
       Participate in meetings to gain updates and training from the Florida College Access Network (FCAN) as required.
       Coordinate distribution of upliftED equipment and supplies.
       Assist in collecting participant success stories to highlight program achievements. 
       Maintain client and staff confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA, FIPA, PHI, PII requirements. 
       May be classified as essential, requiring prompt and effective action during critical situations to ensure the safety and well-being of the community. 
   Contribute to overall organizational success by performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Job requirements include:

       Associate&rsquo;s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered in lieu of degree. 
       One year of experience in working with high school and/or college students preferred.
       Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office required
       Experience in Canva and Square Space preferred. 
       Database experience preferred. 
       Customer service skills and experience required. 
       Ability to edit, complete, and assemble reports. 
       Attention to detail and accuracy. 
       Analytical skills preferred. 
       Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
       Ability to work independently with minimal supervision required.
       Strong communication skills, both written and orally, required. 
       Strong proofreading skills preferred.

Support the planning and execution of HFUW&rsquo;s annual fundraising campaign, contributing to donor retention, renewal, and acquisition of Business donors and volunteers.


Assist in the preparation, production, and distribution of donor communications, including appeal letters, newsletters, and annual reports.


Coordinate and support Business United solicitation efforts to achieve program and participation goals, ensuring timely volunteer engagement, clear communication, accurate database tracking, and completion of administrative requirements.


Maintain and update donor records within the CRM/database, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with privacy standards.


Perform routine database maintenance, including post-event data uploads, data clean-up, and duplicate resolution to enhance data integrity.


Conduct research on prospective individual, corporate, and foundation donors to support major gift strategies.


Prepare and support reporting on Business United solicitation activities, including tracking outputs and outcomes.


Provide administrative support for Business United Development team mailings, including editing, printing, assembly, and coordination.


Answer and coordinate inbound communications related to the Development and External Relations team.


Support the departments&rsquo; onsite and offsite events and meetings (scheduling meetings, managing attendance, preparing materials, room setup, and developing meeting minutes).


Administer timely gift acknowledgments, including preparation and distribution of thank-you letters, tax receipts, and memorial or honorarium acknowledgments.


Ensure adherence to all organizational policies and procedures, staying informed about updates, and promoting compliance within the team.


Process vendor payment and work closely with HFUW&rsquo;s Finance team to ensure that all payment requests are processed accurately and timely. 


Research, order, and track department inventory and supplies as directed.


Provide back-up support to the Development and External Relations team.


Stay informed about HFUW&rsquo;s services, products, and the key issues affecting the communities we serve.

Develop innovative strategies to secure resources, fundraise, and cultivate donor relationships, including sponsorships, corporations, foundations, and Employee Resource Groups.


Manage daily partner engagement, including preparing projections within Database, developing ask strategies, updating forecasts, and tracking donor activity.


Gather and analyze campaign data, evaluate results, and recommend improvements to drive increased revenue for HFUW.


Track revenue, retention, visits, and key activities in CRM dashboards; provide regular updates, including activity status, weekly forecasts, projections, account analysis, monitoring reports, and monthly reports to meet goals.


Implement and maintain policies and procedures for the position&rsquo;s scope to ensure overall HFUW operational excellence. 


Communicate HFUW's mission and vision to diverse audiences through presentations and one-on-one conversations.


Ensure adherence to all organizational policies and procedures, staying informed about updates, and promoting compliance within the team.


Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent brand representation. 


Collect and evaluate campaign feedback to highlight achievements or opportunities for growth.

      <description><![CDATA[POSITION SUMMARY
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the individual giving campaigns and diversify revenue streams. Lead individual giving, fundraising events, and volunteer efforts to increase and/or exceed revenue goals. 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF POSITION
An individual must be able to perform each essential duty listed below at a satisfactory level: 


Oversee the administration of all individual giving campaigns &mdash;excluding Workplace Giving Rallies&mdash;and solicitation volunteer opportunities under the position&rsquo;s scope. 


Manage the planning, execution, and evaluation of the annual HFUW community fundraising drive.


Manage the recruitment, training, communication, and stewardship of the Fundraising Drive Chairs and Leadership Society Host Committee to support program execution and participation goals.


Serve as the primary individual responsible for managing and executing individual giving strategies for $1,200 and above giving levels, inclusive of Tocqueville Society.


Lead the development and implementation of HFUW&rsquo;s annual fund appeal strategy to drive year-round donor engagement and giving.


Conduct direct outreach and presentations to solicit donations and communicate HFUW&rsquo;s mission, aligning donor interests with organizational needs.


Manage and grow a portfolio of individual Leadership accounts.


Lead strategic direction for Individual Development prospecting in partnership with the Technology team to ensure effective data use and opportunity identification.


Create and develop policies and procedures under the position&rsquo;s scope, to ensure overall HFUW operational excellence. 


Set measurable goals for relationship management and revenue forecasting aligned with HFUW.


Collaborate to identify new and existing donors across donor networks, workplace rallies, individual giving, volunteers, and fee for service opportunities.


Manage daily partner engagement, including preparing projections within database, building ask strategies, updating forecasts, and tracking donor activity.


Collaborate with the Senior Vice President and Vice President to analyze campaign data, evaluate results, and make improvements to drive increased revenue for HFUW.


Track revenue, retention, visits, and key activities in CRM dashboards.


Strategically engage donors to deepen involvement through events, volunteerism, impact groups, and programs, while increasing support and revenue for HFUW.


Constantly monitor and provide leadership and support to the Coordinator.


Ensure appropriate coaching, performance reviews, and professional development opportunities are provided to direct reports to ensure optimal staff and client service.


Ensure adherence to all organizational policies and procedures, staying informed about updates, and promoting compliance within the team.


Collaborate with Vice President and Human Resources to address performance concerns and departmental processes to enhance outcomes. 


Collaborate with department leadership to develop strategies that will maximize revenue enhancement.


Oversee timely recording and recognition of donor gifts, while analyzing trends and opportunities to maximize revenue, enhance donor loyalty, and share key insights.


Stay informed about HFUW&rsquo;s services, products, and the key issues affecting the communities we serve.


May be classified as essential, requiring prompt and effective action during critical situations to ensure the safety and well-being of the community.


Maintain client and staff confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA, FIPA, PHI, PII requirements.


Contribute to overall organizational success by performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


JOB REQUIREMENTS
Job requirements include:


Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, nonprofit administration, or related field required, or equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered in lieu of degree. Master&rsquo;s degree preferred.


Five years in nonprofit, social services, business, fundraising, or sales experience required. 


Three years of supervisory or coaching experience required.


Valid Driver License required. 


Public speaking skills and networking with the ability to confidently address large groups and corporate leadership required.


Strong networking skills to build and foster key relationships.


Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office required, with advanced experience in Excel preferred. 


CRM database experience required. 


Customer service skills and experience required. 


Ability to edit, complete, and assemble reports.


Attention to detail and accuracy. 


Excellent analytical skills. 


Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.


Strong communication skills, both written and orally, required. 


Strong interpersonal skills to understand and respond effectively to the needs and interests of potential donors and clients.


Strong proofreading skills required.


Ability to utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
