In this role, you will oversee and support a 24/7 operation to ensure that production is efficient, safe, and cost-effective while meeting quality standards. This role involves strategic planning, resource management, and team leadership, acting as the crucial link between the plant floor, upper management, and all other functional groups. 
 Requirements:

Education: A bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field is required.
Experience: Five years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including previous supervisory or management roles, are essential.  Ability and willingness to perform hands on tasks as needed.
Leadership: Strong ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team effectively.
Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills to quickly identify and resolve operational issues and supply chain glitches.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear direction, reporting, and collaboration across departments and with external stakeholders.
Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of production processes, machinery, quality control standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma), and safety regulations.

 
Core Duties and Responsibilities

Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations to meet or exceed customer expectations and production goals.
Safety and Compliance: Implement and enforce strict health and safety protocols and ensure all operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA).
Quality Control: Establish and maintain quality control standards, ensuring all products meet required specifications and driving continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma) to enhance product quality and reduce waste.
Production Planning: Develop and coordinate manufacturing schedules, optimize workflow, and allocate resources (personnel, equipment, raw materials) effectively to achieve production targets and on-time shipping.
Financial Management: Prepare and manage operational and capital budgets, analyze costs, and implement cost-reduction measures to ensure financial objectives are met.
Staff Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and manage plant personnel, including supervisors and production workers. This involves motivating the team, resolving conflicts, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
Maintenance Oversight: Coordinate and oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment and the facility to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
Reporting and Analysis: Collect and analyze production data and performance metrics (Key Performance Indicators) to identify areas for improvement and report progress to the organization.

Role Overview

As an Instrumentation and Controls (l & C) Technician, you will install, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot our industrial control systems, sensors, and automated equipment. You will ensure manufacturing systems run safely and efficiently by interpreting schematics, wiring devices, and using diagnostic tools. Key skills include PLC troubleshooting, SCADA system monitoring, adhering to safety compliance, a teamwork mindset and a positive, can-do attitude.

Role Overview
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations supporting a continuous manufacturing environment. This role oversees inbound raw material/feedstock logistics, warehouse storage and inventory control, internal material movements to production, and outbound shipment of finished hazardous chemicals, primarily through bulk truck transportation.
The position plays a critical role in ensuring uninterrupted plant operations through strong coordination between suppliers, carriers, warehouse personnel, production, customer service, and commercial teams. The ideal candidate combines operational execution, inventory discipline, transportation management, and process improvement capabilities within an industrial or chemical manufacturing environment.
 Requirements:

DOT Hazmat for loading of bulk hazardous chemicals
Experience managing daily warehouse operations, preferably inside a manufacturing facility

Key Responsibilities
Safety Inspections & Site Support

Conduct routine safety inspections of production, warehouse, and facility areas.

Maintain EHS records, including:

Training logs

Ensure all documentation is accurate, organized, and audit-ready.
Assist with preparation of routine safety reports and metrics.

Hazardous Materials & PPE Management

Assist with chemical inventory management and SDS maintenance.
Support the proper handling, storage, and disposal of materials in accordance with company procedures.
Monitor PPE usage and inventory levels and assist with PPE program administration.

Field Support & Monitoring

Conduct routine facility walkthroughs to observe work practices and identify potential risks.
Provide real-time feedback to employees regarding safe work behaviors.
Partner with Operations and Maintenance teams to address safety concerns.

Continuous Improvement & Safety Culture

Participate in initiatives designed to reduce incidents and improve safety performance.
Provide recommendations for improving safety processes and procedures.
Promote a positive, proactive safety culture throughout the facility.

Qualifications
Education & Experience

High school diploma or GED required.
Associate degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or a related field preferred.
1&ndash;3 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, construction, industrial operations, or a safety-related environment preferred.

Technical Skills

The Quality Lab Analyst is responsible for performing comprehensive laboratory testing to support Nexus Circular&rsquo;s pyrolysis operations, including finished product (pyrolysis oil and wax), inprocess samples, feedstock qualification, and R&D samples. Working in accordance with established ASTM and internal methods, this role ensures results meet industry standards and product specifications, supports timely material disposition decisions, and helps maintain the integrity of Nexus&rsquo; Quality Management System (QMS). The analyst operates and maintains a wide range of analytical instruments, collaborates closely with Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, and the Feedstock Team, and plays a key role in incident followup, documentation, and maintaining an auditready, 5S laboratory environment.





 




Essential Functions:

Perform comprehensive quality testing on:

Leverage operational data and realtime plant feedback to:

Make informed, timely decisions on material acceptance, processing, or disqualification.

CrossFunctional Interface & Incident Management

Serve as a primary interface and internal liaison between:

Manufacturing Operations,
Supply Chain, and
The Feedstock Team
to drive feedstock quality assurance.

Process and track Feedstock Quality Incident forms and similar quality events.
Provide clear communication and reporting on incident status, risks, and resolutions.
Support development and refinement of quality standards, inspection protocols, and acceptance criteria based on operational learnings and incident outcomes.

Instrument Operation & Troubleshooting

Operate and maintain quality control equipment, including but not limited to:

GC, ICPOES, CIC, vapor pressure measurement instruments, and other analytical/lab equipment.

Perform firstlevel instrument troubleshooting (e.g., basic diagnostics, checks, and adjustments).
Coordinate with vendor technical support for advanced repairs, calibrations, and maintenance.
Ensure instrument calibrations are current and appropriately documented.

Data Integrity, Documentation & Reporting

Ensure the integrity of data, processes, and results; identify and address issues affecting test accuracy.
Schedule, organize, and prioritize laboratory samples; manage sample queues in alignment with operational needs.
Report results for release of process tanks for offloading as required; prepare and issue Certificates of Analysis (COAs).
Document and maintain laboratory results in appropriate systems (lab notebooks and digital records).

Lab Housekeeping & 5S

Organize and maintain laboratory cleanliness and order, which may include:

Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and glassware handcleaning.

Maintain a 5S laboratory environment to ensure auditreadiness:

Housekeeping, glassware decontamination, workspace organization, and proper labeling/storage.


Supplies, Inventory & Calibration

Perform and document daily verification checks on calibrated balances.
Maintain laboratory supplies and inventory, including:

Ordering and tracking consumables, reagents, and spare parts.

Ensure required equipment calibrations are scheduled, completed, and documented.

Method Development & R&D Support

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Supply Chain & Logistics Planner to support the planning and coordination of inbound feedstock for our recycling operations. This role will be responsible for planning inventory inflows, creating and managing purchase orders within the ERP system, and coordinating short-, mid-, and long-term inbound logistics planning to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Qualifications

Role Overview

Minimum Requirements:

 Associate's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as industrial maintenance, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance or related field.
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Proficiency with hand and power tools and diagnostic equipment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Good understanding of safety protocols and regulations.

Role Purpose
The Project Engineering Lead (PEM) is the singlepoint owner for all engineering and technical matters on large capital projects (typically &gt;$100MM).
