Job Summary
We are looking to hire a Financial Controller for China to build up and own the China finance and administrative operations. You will manage all key financial cycles: order to cash, procure to pay, inventory, and record to report. You will be reporting to the General Manager in this role and have dotted line to the Global CFO with responsibility over China Finance operations.

The role requires excellent finance operations skills, leadership potential, and a roll up sleeves attitude. We are looking for a driven, process-, data-, and technology-centric finance professional who has the ability to build up financial and administrative operations in a growing organization with an eye for efficiency, automation, and accuracy.

Responsibilities

Prepare all local financial statements for external stakeholders, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax returns, and governmental agency reports.
Prepare the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated close procedures and ensure the timeliness, efficiency, and accuracy of information used to prepare internal financial reporting to management.
Ensure standardization of processes and timely and accurate month and year-end closings of finance transactions in compliance with US GAAP and IFRS standards.
Prepare reports for senior leadership presentations, budgeting, monthly forecasting, and actuals.
Drive business process automation and develop and document finance policies to standardize processes and strengthen internal controls.
Actively participate in business initiatives and projects, including operationalizing the finance for new transactions, implementation of new cost finance methods, and serve as a key partner in the implementation of business and finance systems.
Partner with external auditors and manage audit requests to drive timely completion of quarterly reviews and annual audits.
Manage payroll, credit approvals, insurance, and VAT activities.
Serve as the internal lead for all administrative functions including legal, IT, HR, and Facilities.
Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned.

Key Qualifications

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in related field required; CPA designation, preferred
Minimum 7 years&rsquo; experience in finance, with progressively expanding roles.
SAP, Oracle, or other Tier 1 ERP experience is a big plus.
Excellent presentation and communication skills; ability to analyze and present data, commentary, and recommendations to leadership.

Job Summary 


The Logistics Analyst coordinates and monitors logistics operations from order placement to final delivery, including direct and local shipments.
