Job Summary 


The Commercial Analyst is an integral role that helps uncover and create business opportunities to support sustainable growth of our Identified Vertical. In this role, the individual will work with the highly experienced team of Account Managers and Global Product Managers to create and execute the growth plans of our key customers and assure business meets and exceeds budget.  This role requires a highly motivated, proactive team player, who has a passion for learning, aptitude for sales and marketing, and strong ambition. 


 


Responsibilities 


Commercial Analysis & Pricing 




Manage and support product pricing activities in collaboration with Sales and Global Product Managers. 






Review, analyze, and update customer pricing based on market conditions, supply availability, cost movements, and competitive intelligence. 






Develop working knowledge of supplier cost structures, lead times, and supply constraints to support timely and accurate pricing. 






Evaluate customer-specific factors such as volume, application, and growth potential to deliver value-based pricing. 






Support pricing inquiries, quotes, RFQs, and RFIs to drive profitable growth. 






Monitor pricing trends, GP performance, and variance reports, proactively identifying risks and opportunities. 






Maintain pricing data and documentation within CRM systems to ensure accuracy and transparency. 






Provide insight-driven recommendations on pricing strategies, market shifts, and customer behavior. 




 


Sales Support & Operations 




Manage daily sales support activities for the Identified Vertical. 






Serve as a primary resource for sales representatives on: 






Pricing and variance explanations 






Oversee CRM data integrity, including call reports, opportunity pipelines, forecasts, and marketing intelligence. 






Monitor slow-moving and aging inventory and work proactively with APM/GPM and Sales to mitigate dead stock. 






Prepare and distribute reports related to pipeline activity, inventory aging, and sales performance. 








Assist in preparing customer presentations and sales materials. 




 


Product Management & Market Intelligence 




Partner with Associate Product Managers and Global Product Managers to support supplier programs, new product introductions, and key growth initiatives. 






Support supplier-focused campaigns by identifying target customers and expansion opportunities. 






Gather and analyze market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights to support product and sales strategies. 






Support strategic customer projects, including tail spend initiatives, in a timely and efficient manner 




 


Key Qualifications 




Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree  






1+ year of B2B experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or commercial operations is a plus. 






Experience in the Identified Vertical as it relates to ingredients, chemicals, or specialty distribution is advantageous 






Strong commercial and analytical mindset with the ability to link execution to revenue growth.

Job Summary
The Account Executive will facilitate the sales of raw material product lines within the CASE & Construction vertical in Turkey and MEA region. 
Responsibilities

Distribution and sales of raw chemicals and ingredients used in paint &ndash; cement &ndash; concrete &ndash; plastic sectors. 
Responsible for sales of key raw material products to existing and newly established customers. 
Develop strong relationships within the customers&rsquo; organization (with plant engineers, research and technology experts, purchasing managers, business managers, and senior management).
Perform routine sales functions such as site visits, preparation and timely submission of technical and commercial proposals, phone and on-site technical service when requested, and practicing a systematic selling process including call reports, sales call planning and pipeline development.
Report on competitive activity. Frequently update forecasts and CRM of short-term and long-term business potentials.

Key Qualifications

Job Summary
Your job is to serve as an operations leader within a product line, to ensure the product line&rsquo;s smooth functioning, serving as a liaison between all nodes of the global supply chain: the supplier, the customer, all internal departments, and the global product manager. Job Summary 
The Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst reports to the AR Manager and plays a critical role in managing collections, analyzing overdue receivables, and addressing customer inquiries regarding their accounts. The Analyst ensures the accuracy of financial records within the AR subledger, oversees reconciliation with the general ledger, and manages the netting off intercompany transactions with international legal entities. 
Responsibilities 
&middot;       Manage collections by conducting dunning activities, contacting customers via phone and email to secure payment commitments for overdue invoices. 
&middot;       Analyze the customer aging report and past due receivables (31+ days), providing detailed collection notes and insights. 
&middot;       Collaborate with sales and customer service departments to address client balances and resolve disputes. 
&middot;       Collect payments through customer portals for designated accounts. 
&middot;       Execute account reconciliations and resolve disputes with customers, ensuring timely and accurate collections. 
&middot;       Resend invoices upon customer requests and handle billing inquiries, researching payment issues as needed. 
&middot;       Support month-end close activities by netting off AP/AR intercompany transactions, processing credit memos, and reconciling the AR subledger with the general ledger. 
&middot;       Investigate customer accounts and transaction details to resolve issues related to non- payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities. 
&middot;       Review and release sales orders after evaluating credit limits and payment histories. 
&middot;       Foster a collaborative environment that emphasizes accountability, customer service, and effective communication 
Key Qualifications 
&middot;       Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is a plus. 
&middot;       5+ years of experience in Collections or Accounts Receivable. 
&middot;       Strong attention to detail and goal-oriented mindset. 
&middot;       Comfortable working with targets and deadlines. 
&middot;       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels, both written and verbal. 
&middot;       Proficient in Microsoft Office, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills. 
&middot;       Expertise with ERP systems is a plus.]]></description>

Job Summary 

To expand our EMEA business we are looking for a home-office based Sales manager in the United Kingdom to grow our sales of food additives like acidulants, amino acids, preservatives, antioxidants, hydrocolloids, phosphates, sweeteners, and plant-based proteins.
Responsibilities

Together with global- and regional product managers develop the targeted product portfolio and market segments to obtain sustainable & profitable growth
Develop and execute commercial strategy & plan covering dedicated countries/regions, products, volumes and sales targets
Execution of the sales strategy, develop and grow the commercial relationships of existing customers while prospecting for new accounts to increase your share;
Periodically perform and communicate updated market intelligence toward progress on your products, customers/ prospects & competitors.
This role requires regular travel within the designated region to meet with customers, attend industry events, and build networks.

Key Qualifications


  5+ years plus experience in sales & marketing of food chemicals & ingredients

A good communicator with a high level of convincing, negotiating and influencing skills both orally as well as in writing
You are fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in German (for Germany), Polish (for Poland/Eastern Europe), or other regional languages is a strong advantage.
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) or sales analytics tools is a plus to track progress and optimize your Sales pipeline.
