You bring warmth, patience, and good judgment to family interactions while also being highly organized and attentive to detail. You enjoy solving problems, following through until issues are resolved, and creating order in busy environments. You can move easily between people and systems, manage multiple priorities without losing track of the details, and work independently while staying closely connected to a broader team. You understand when you can resolve something yourself and when a question, exception, or decision needs to be escalated.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in registration, family or customer accounts, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, financial administration, or a related area.
• Demonstrated ability to provide responsive service while handling financial and other detail-oriented administrative work.

Youth Mentorship & Leadership Development: A passion for working with teens and with an earnest desire to understand their needs. Ability to coach, guide, and empower teen leaders through a values-based approach that promotes confidence, growth, and accountability. Leadership development skills that focus on peer engagement and community building, not event planning. Strong and appropriate personal boundaries in relationships with youth.

Organizing & Relationship Building: Ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders of all ages. Interpersonal skills that cultivate trust, build networks, and maintain deep connections with teens, synagogue professionals, and regional partners. Proven ability to bridge and build powerful, reciprocal relationships across differences, and to help others do the same.
