Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced software engineer with machine learning expertise to join us in expanding our AI capabilities, enabling increased productivity and magical experiences in our products and services. 
In this role you will be expected to design and implement complex AI systems that leverage ML models for NLP, NLG, multimodal data analysis, chatbots, and RAG-based QnA. The ideal candidate should be passionate about applying AI/ML concepts to difficult problems and develop scalable solutions. Responsibilities: 

Design, develop, and productionize machine learning (ML) solutions in the fields of Document understanding, Search and QnA, GenAI, Virtual Agents, etc. 
Develop and maintain backend services using Python, focusing on AI-driven applications. 
Design and implement APIs for seamless integration with AI models and services. 
Work across the complete lifecycle of ML model development, including problem definition, data exploration, feature engineering, model training, validation, and deployment. 
Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance processes. 
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI model, integration, deployment and backend services. 
Implement system telemetry, A/B testing and other statistical methods to validate the effectiveness of AI models. Ensure the integrity and robustness of ML solutions by developing automated testing and validation processes. 
Document and communicate development processes, system designs, and architectural decisions. 
Ensure the security and compliance of healthcare data, adhering to HIPAA regulations. 
Responsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct including reporting of noncompliance.

 
Required Qualifications: 

Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field. 
Minimum 2 years of experience in industry with a strong focus on ML solutions development and production deployment. 
Strong grasp of OOP, Design Patterns, efficient algorithms, and quality software development. 
Strong proficiency in Python in modern Python frameworks such as FastAPI and LangGraph. 
Experience working with voice AI technologies and conversational AI. 
 Deepgram, PlayHT, ElevenLabs 
Telephony technologies, such as Twilio is a big plus 
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. 
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong capacity for logical thinking. 
Passion for customer, innovation, product quality, service excellence, and test engineering 
The ability to work collaboratively across multiple disciplines in an extremely fast-paced, startup environment. 
Experience working with microservices/an API-based application paradigm. 
Good written communication skills that enable collaboration in a remote environment.

About the Role
We&rsquo;re looking for a hands-on, experienced Lead Java Fullstack Engineer to help drive the development of our cloud-based healthcare intelligence platform. In this high-impact role, you&rsquo;ll work closely with the CTO and cross-functional teams to build scalable, user-centric applications that support client onboarding, data visualization, and real-time insights.
This role blends front-end finesse with back-end architecture and infrastructure leadership. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications


7+ years of fullstack engineering experience with deep expertise in Java OR React/JavaScript.


Strong knowledge of AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.) with hands-on experience in deploying and managing cloud-based applications.


Proven ability to lead engineers and technical projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.


Passion for intuitive user interfaces and user-centric product design.

What We're Looking For:

Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals with a high level understanding of OO concepts, design patterns, cloud architecture, AI architecture and concepts, MPP architecture and frameworks such as Spark, API&lsquo;s, etc.

Job Description:

The technologist provides a variety of diagnostic procedures in this specific modality (invasive and non-invasive). Operates equipment, digital imaging software (PACS), prepares patient room, equipment, supplies, and medications. Performs a wide variety of procedures; ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory protocols and standards

Responsibilities



Operates multiple imaging systems with efficiency.


Identifies each patient using the hospital patient identification policy, establish accurate patient identification prior to the delivery of patient services. 


Efficiently and effectively provides procedural support for a variety of patient procedures.


Coordinates radiographic imaging to ensure the quality and continuity of patient care and assists with the management of the workflow of the department to ensure the completion of work assignments in the absence of the radiology supervisor.


Applies appropriate measures in order to minimize radiation exposure to self, patients, employees and others by employing the ALARA principles. Utilizes and abides by the Image Wisely & Image Gently websites.


Responsible for achieving quality assurance measures and requirements.


Responsible for maintaining inventory.


Successfully participates in continuing education, meetings, and training.


Communicates appropriately using good interpersonal skills.


Serves, manages and supports internal and external customers.


Participates in performance improvement activities.


Participates as a team member and is accountable for own work responsibilities.

Qualifications


The candidate has completed a formal radiography or equivalent training program as specified by The American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT).
Certification by the American Registry of Radiological Technologists and licensed by the State of Connecticut Department of Health. 
Flexibility to work overtime and holidays as needed as well as on-call duty when applicable.
 Displays a good understanding of age-related developmental issues of pediatrics and geriatrics.
