Qualification 
Required

Essential Responsibilities and Objectives
The Debt Resolution Attorney will:

      <description><![CDATA[Huron Law Group PLLC is an established and rapidly growing national debt relief law firm focused on providing cost-effective legal representation to consumers. Our firm is currently seeking an enthusiastic and personable, remote, full-time attorney, licensed in the state of Ohio, to manage debt resolution files and consult with firm clients.
Responsibilities will include providing legal assistance as needed, including handling a volume of telephone consultations, settlement oversight, file reviews, and review/approval of legal documents prepared by the firm&rsquo;s paralegals. This role will require a significant amount of time on the phone with clients to ensure they understand the debt resolution process. Accordingly, preferred candidates are upbeat, engaging, patient, and are comfortable with a high volume of client interaction and customer service.
This position is fully remote, enabling the attorney to telecommute from any location. Accordingly, candidates must be comfortable with using computers and basic software.
Annual salary is commensurate with experience and includes 10 days of paid time off with increases over time, 9 paid holidays, payment of bar dues and continuing legal education, yearly reviews with raises up to 5% per year, and discretionary bonuses. Benefits include medical, vision, dental, life and disability insurance, plus a health care flex spending account.
Qualifications:
- Licensed and in good standing with the relevant state bar.
- Experience in consumer debt defense and/or collections is preferred.
