The selected candidate will be responsible for creating and analyzing aggregated data points from various programs within R2S, program integration coordination, control, and engagement within the various program levels and functional partners and advocating various program management plans. Additionally, this role is responsible for PM best practices and communicating the vision of R2S to ensure continuity across programs and leadership.
U.S. Citizenship is required as this position needs a U.S. Security Clearance (SECRET or higher).
What You Will Do:

 Assist with the day-to-day program execution cadence (battle rhythm) of the programs, i.e., risk review boards, program management reviews, failure review boards, configuration control boards, etc.
Preparing, revising, updating, and monitoring required documentation and analysis in compliance with contract requirements, Integrated Product Development System (IPDS), Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Corporate and Business policies and procedures.
 Supporting program execution on contractual commitments, including financial, technical, and schedule performance of assigned program(s) within contractual boundaries and company expectations.
Identify and implement key program metrics and actions by working collaboratively with the program managers within R2S.
Act as Control Account Manager for contract PMO CLINs, as assigned. 
Act as program Risk and Opportunity Manager, as assigned.
Display and demonstrate strong communication, influence management, and presentation skills to enable interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage and track R2S aggregated action items to ensure timely closure of actions, including the preparation and management of all required product lifecycle artifacts and reviews.
Coordinate program data, information, and preparation for customer engagements and visits, as required at the R2S level.
Develop and maintain partnerships with members of the R2S, and program leadership as necessary to achieve business and reporting requirements.
Expected to travel (approximately 25%) for offsites and program-related activities

 Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree and 10 years of relevant experience, OR an Advanced degree and a minimum of 7 years of experience.
Experience with financial analysis tools and/or digital technology tools to maximize efficiency in project management and collaboration in a matrixed environment
Strong business acumen to proactively identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
Action item prioritization/tracking with ability to ensure action owners are proactively managing effort
Proven ability in process creation and/or improvement
Strong communication skills and experience presenting to customers and senior leadership

Qualifications We Prefer:

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Earned Value Certification, or equivalent.
Prior experience supporting development, production, and/or sustainment programs, preferably in the aerospace and defense industry, including balancing cost, schedule, and technical constraints to achieve positive program outcomes.
Experience developing and reviewing cost proposals, and/or synthesizing Gate Packages for Management Reviews, across cross-functional teams.
Product lifecycle management experience.

Qualifications
Required:

The selected candidate will be responsible for performing various financial functions to support business execution, ensuring financial data integrity and adherence to the Company&rsquo;s policies and procedures.  The role involves program finance, scheduling, pricing, and Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting, ensuring compliance and effective execution throughout the program lifecycle.  To meet these deliveries, you will partner with a multi-functional program team including the Program Director, (Control Account Managers) CAMs and (Integrated Production Team) IPT Leads, joining other finance analysts supported by a Finance Manager.
What You Will Do

Primary responsibilities include providing updates for program financials including budgets, funding, revenue recognition, project accounting, invoicing, and cash collection in partnership with the Program Manager.
Generate and deliver external USG financial CDRLS (e.g. IPMDAR, CFSR)
Support pricing activities related to Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Engineering Change Proposals (ECP). 
Support all finance-related deliverables for the successful execution of the contract. Including corroboration with supply chain and programs to align cash flows, milestones and execution schedules.
Support the development of program-specific standards and process instructions for planning, scheduling, and financial controls.
Support the periodic EAC (Estimate at Complete) and baseline processes
Drive Contractual Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) implementation and maintenance, variance analysis, monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) development, data analysis and reporting
Program control including understanding and interpreting monthly variance analysis, billing
Provide proactive analysis of all financial aspects of the projects, actively identifying risks that affect cost and/or schedule and recommend alternatives to senior management.
Support Ad Hoc Tasks & Analysis as required and perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

 
Qualifications You Must Have:

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in finance, accounting, business or related field & 5 years of relevant work experience in program finance-related roles (preferably supporting government contracts); OR an Advanced degree and 3 years of relevant work experience
Previous program control experience
Experience with Microsoft Office products, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to build reports and charts for various requirements.
Experience leading or supporting EVMS deliverables and requirements.
Working knowledge of Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), GAAP, and FAR/DFARS standard clauses.
Excellent verbal/written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements

Other duties and responsibilities include:

Leading technical efforts in the transfer of production knowledge to new suppliers
Travelling to suppliers&rsquo; production sites to assess manufacturing planning, tooling, process flows, inventory management, facilities and factory layouts of suppliers and the company's own production site
Preparing Technical Data Packages (TDP) for the release process through the program&rsquo;s Configuration Control Board
Evaluating customer Engineering Change Notices for impact to cost and execution and implementing into existing TDPs
Communicating technical risks from supplier Change Requests and Nonconformance Reports with R2S and customer Quality teams
Supporting Quality in review of AS9102 First Article Inspection Reports
Briefing leadership on supplier/program status and justifying requests for technical changes
Creating technical presentations for communicating production issues with a foreign customer&rsquo;s Engineering team
Supporting daily peer reviews of team members work
Assist in developing standard engineering processes and implementation in business systems.

Basic Qualifications:

B.S. with a major in Mechanical Engineering or other related field

Perform assembly and checkout of air defense weapon systems.
Handle warheads, pyrotechnic devices, and complete air defense weapons systems.
Work with computer systems and applications.
Perform hardware movement in factory.

Willing to work with explosive items.
Ability to operate pneumatic and manual tools.
