Position Overview:
The Appointment Coordinator will play a critical role in scheduling psychiatric consultations between our providers and patients in long-term acute care hospitals or rehabilitation facilities. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a basic understanding of telehealth technology to ensure smooth coordination between our clinical team and the telehealth platform.
Key Responsibilities:

Schedule Consultations: Answer calls from nursing staff to arrange psychiatric consults for patients in long-term acute care hospitals or rehabilitation centers.
Telehealth Setup: Ensure the provider and clinic are properly connected on the telehealth platform before each scheduled consultation.
Tech Support: Provide basic troubleshooting assistance for telehealth software to resolve any connectivity issues before or during consultations.

Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Perform initial medical histories and physical examinations (H&Ps) for patients admitted to the inpatient psychiatric unit.

Clinical Leadership

Position Summary
The Behavioral Health Business Office Director is responsible for leading and managing
all business office operations to ensure the financial health of the organization. This
position oversees the complete revenue cycle, including patient registration, insurance
verification, professional billing, collections, payment posting, accounts receivable,
credentialing, and insurance enrollment. The Director ensures compliance with federal,
state, and payer regulations while maximizing reimbursement and improving operational
efficiency.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
 Direct and oversee all business office operations for behavioral health services.
 Manage the complete professional billing revenue cycle from patient intake
through final payment resolution.
 Ensure accurate and timely submission of professional claims (CMS-1500) to
Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance carriers, and managed care
organizations.
 Monitor accounts receivable (A/R), aging reports, denials, write-offs, and
collection activities to maximize reimbursement.
 Develop and implement strategies to reduce uncollectible accounts and improve
cash flow.
 Supervise billing staff, payment posting, collections, customer service, and
business office personnel.
 Oversee insurance eligibility verification, prior authorizations, benefit

Required Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

This role supports psychiatric care by addressing patients&rsquo; medical needs, ensuring medical clearance, and monitoring ongoing medical conditions during admission.

Key Responsibilities

Perform initial medical histories and physical examinations (H&Ps) for patients admitted to the inpatient psychiatric unit.

Required Qualifications

Position Overview
We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) o to provide medical services within an inpatient psychiatric setting, with a primary focus on medical treatment follow-ups and completion of histories and physicals (H&Ps). This role supports psychiatric care by addressing patients&rsquo; medical needs, ensuring medical clearance, and monitoring ongoing medical conditions during admission.
The ideal candidate is clinically confident, efficient, and comfortable working with psychiatric patient populations in a structured inpatient environment.
Key Responsibilities

Perform initial medical histories and physical examinations (H&Ps) for patients admitted to the inpatient psychiatric unit.
Conduct medical treatment follow-ups for patients during their inpatient stay.
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions within scope of practice.
Review laboratory results, imaging, and diagnostic studies and initiate appropriate medical interventions.
Provide medical clearance documentation in coordination with psychiatric providers and nursing staff.
Identify medical conditions that may impact psychiatric treatment and communicate findings to the interdisciplinary team.
Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, nursing staff, and allied health professionals.
Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings as needed.

Documentation & Compliance

Complete timely, accurate, and thorough documentation in the electronic health record (EHR), including:

H&Ps
Daily or periodic medical follow-up notes
Medical clearance and treatment recommendations

Ensure documentation meets regulatory, accreditation, and facility standards.
Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and facility policies, including HIPAA and patient confidentiality requirements.

Required Qualifications

Master&rsquo;s degree or higher from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program. 
Active, unrestricted FNP license in Wisconsin.
Current DEA registration in Wisconsin.
Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
Experience performing medical H&Ps and managing common medical conditions.

Position Overview
We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant to provide medical services within an inpatient psychiatric setting, with a primary focus on medical treatment follow-ups and completion of histories and physicals (H&Ps). This role supports psychiatric care by addressing patients&rsquo; medical needs, ensuring medical clearance, and monitoring ongoing medical conditions during admission.
The ideal candidate is clinically confident, efficient, and comfortable working with psychiatric patient populations in a structured inpatient environment.
Key Responsibilities

Perform initial medical histories and physical examinations (H&Ps) for patients admitted to the inpatient psychiatric unit.
Conduct medical treatment follow-ups for patients during their inpatient stay.
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions within scope of practice.
Review laboratory results, imaging, and diagnostic studies and initiate appropriate medical interventions.
Provide medical clearance documentation in coordination with psychiatric providers and nursing staff.
Identify medical conditions that may impact psychiatric treatment and communicate findings to the interdisciplinary team.
Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, nursing staff, and allied health professionals.
Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings as needed.

Documentation & Compliance

Complete timely, accurate, and thorough documentation in the electronic health record (EHR), including:

H&Ps
Daily or periodic medical follow-up notes
Medical clearance and treatment recommendations

Ensure documentation meets regulatory, accreditation, and facility standards.
Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and facility policies, including HIPAA and patient confidentiality requirements.

Required Qualifications

Master&rsquo;s degree or higher from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
Active, unrestricted FNP license in New Mexico.
Current DEA registration in New Mexico.
Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
Experience performing medical H&Ps and managing common medical conditions.
Comfort working with psychiatric and behavioral health patient populations.

Prior experience in:

Inpatient psychiatric settings
Behavioral health or substance use treatment facilities
Hospital or acute care environments
