About The Role
At Rhone, we believe in the Pursuit of Progress. As our Senior Integration Engineer, you are the technical architect of that pursuit. You won’t just manage scripts; you will build and maintain the high-performance technical backbone that allows our community and our business to move "Forever Forward" without friction.
What "GREAT" Looks Like for Rhone
We are looking for more than a developer; we are looking for a steward of our brand values:

Gritty: You possess a resilient problem-solving mindset. When an integration breaks you don’t just patch it; you find the root cause and harden the system so it never happens again.

Responsible: You take extreme ownership of our data integrity. You understand that behind every SKU and order is a customer striving for their own progress.

Excellence: You strive for best-in-class craftsmanship in every script, ensuring our technical infrastructure reflects the quality of our product.

Authentic: You are honest about what’s working and what isn’t. You strive to be a little better every day, and you encourage your teammates to do the same.

Team-Centered: You lead with humility. You collaborate cross functionally, translating complex technical hurdles into shared victories.

What You'll Do
Architect & Orchestrate Integrations (The Strategic Core)

Design & Deliver: Lead the end-to-end architecture of mission-critical integrations between NetSuite and our core ecosystem (Shopify, 3PL/Logistics, and Marketing tools).

iPaaS Mastery: Serve as the primary architect for our Boomi environment, building resilient, reusable integration patterns that can scale with Rhone’s rapid growth.

Data Integrity: Safeguard the flow of information across the business, ensuring that every order, inventory update, and financial transaction with highest standard of accuracy.

Advanced NetSuite Engineering (The Technical Craft)

SuiteScript Innovation: Develop and optimize high-performance customizations using SuiteScript 2.1. You won't just write scripts; you will build elegant, efficient solutions for complex business logic.

Modern DevOps: Pioneer the shift toward SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF). You will manage customizations as code, utilizing version control (Git) and automated deployment pipelines to ensure production stability.

Performance Optimization: Conduct regular "health checks" on our NetSuite environment, identifying scripts or workflows that cause latency and re-engineering them for peak performance.

Systems Ownership & Resilience (The "Gritty" Element)

Extreme Ownership: Act as the ultimate technical point of failure for our integration stack. You are responsible for building the monitoring, alerting, and error-handling frameworks that catch issues before they reach the customer.

Strategic Troubleshooting: When complex system failures occur, you lead the "root cause analysis" with a gritty determination to not just fix the symptom, but to harden the system against future occurrences.

Scalability Planning: Partner with the VP of Tech to forecast system needs, ensuring our infrastructure is ready for high-traffic events like Black Friday/Cyber Monday.

Collaborative Leadership (The Team-Centered Mindset)

Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as a technical translator for cross functional teams. You listen to their business challenges and architect the automated solutions that solve them.

Mentorship & Best Practices: Establish the "Rhone Standard" for engineering. You will mentor junior members and document technical processes to ensure we are building a sustainable, knowledge-sharing culture.

Vendor Stewardship: Manage technical relationships with third-party partners and vendors to ensure their updates align with our roadmap and system dependencies.

We remain authentic, embracing honesty, humility, and individuality. And above all, we are team centered, knowing that true success comes from collaboration and shared purpose.
About The Role
As the Senior Manager, Go-to-Market & Product Operations, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle at Rhone — from line architecture and stage-gate governance through system readiness, cross-functional alignment, and launch execution. This role is the single orchestration point ensuring that merchandising intent, product data, and organizational readiness stay aligned across every season, category, and channel.
This is not an inherited playbook role. You will be building the operational infrastructure — the seasonal calendar, the stage-gate framework, the decision governance standards, and the cross-functional operating rhythm — largely from the ground up, while simultaneously running the current season. You will work across cross-functional teams, including Design, Merchandising, Planning, Product Development, Production, Operations, and Marketing. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth brand at a pivotal moment in its operational transformation.
*Please note this is a hybrid position. This person will need to work from our Stamford, CT Headquarters*

What You’ll Do
Lifecycle & Calendar Ownership

Own the seasonal product calendar end-to-end — every milestone, stage gate, and operating cadence across the product lifecycle

Define and enforce readiness criteria for Line Review, Investment Review, Buy, Market, and Launch

Give leadership the confidence that the organization is truly ready to proceed at each stage

Decision Governance

Establish and maintain clear decision rights across the lifecycle — who decides what, when decisions are final, and how they are documented

Prevent decisions from being revisited, overridden, or made by default rather than by design

Act as the organizational conscience on decision finality and milestone adherence

Product Data Readiness

Own the accuracy and completeness of product data across PLM, ERP, and all downstream systems — planning, inventory, commerce, and finance

Build the standards, checkpoints, and accountability structures to ensure clean data at every handoff

Drive adoption, accuracy, and accountability across systems and teams

Change Control

Own the change control process post style-freeze to protect downstream teams from late disruption

Build organizational discipline that reduces the frequency and impact of post-freeze changes over time

Cross-Functional Orchestration

Serve as the connective tissue between Design, Merchandising, Planning, Product Development, Production, Operations, and Marketing

Drive alignment and accountability across functions without formal line ownership — through credibility, clarity, and consistent standards

Shift the organization from hero-driven execution to disciplined, repeatable ways of working

What You’ll Bring

6+ years of experience in go-to-market operations, product operations, merchandising operations, or a closely related field in apparel, consumer goods, or a product-led retail business

Demonstrated experience owning a seasonal product calendar and driving cross-functional accountability to milestones through executive-level credibility and influence

Proven ability to lead process and organizational change

Experience building operational infrastructure from the ground up in a scaling business; you know how to sequence what gets built first so early wins create momentum for harder changes later

Hands-on experience with PLM and ERP systems and a clear understanding of how product data flows downstream into planning, commerce, and finance

Experience in a scaling consumer brand strongly preferred
