Position Title: Line Technician
Compensation: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
 
Position Summary:
It is the duty and responsibility of the Line Tech to ensure proper operation of the equipment on his/her lines and the department as directed by their supervisor.
 
Responsibilities:

Respond quickly and efficiently to break down situations to get the line back into operation with minimal downtime and increase efficiency
Always be in your work area unless break/lunch or approved by your supervisor. If you need to work through your breaks/lunch, you will be reciprocated upon repairs and the line up and running.
Ensure department pre-ops are completed timely to ensure on-time start up.
The Line Technician will assist the Supervisor in starting the lines up on time.
Ensuring machines are properly shut down and any scheduled preventative maintenance completed.
When applicable, follow up breakdown repairs with an operations test to ensure the machine is running as it should.
Follows up on temporary &ldquo;fixes&rdquo; to ensure a permanent repair is made in a timely manner.
Communicate with the Maintenance Supervisor regarding spare parts inventory to ensure critical spare parts are always ordered and available.
Communicate with the Maintenance Supervisor to any changes made to machines including digital settings and mechanical settings.
Communicate with the Maintenance Supervisor and Production Supervisor any machine downtime greater than 15 minutes.
Follow preventative maintenance (PM) schedules that are set up and approved by the Plant Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.
Train machine operators on key concepts and basic operation, film changes, and safety measures on machines as needed by the Production Supervisor.
Work with contractors brought in for training or repairs to ensure they are knowledgeable on the machines within the department.
Other directions/tasks/assignments as needed by Upper Management
Ensure all company food safety rules are followed including GMP&rsquo;S
Ensure all company safety rules are followed and adhered to, including LOTO.

Job Overview:
R.S. Hanline is seeking aProduction Supervisor who can provide day-to-day supervision and leadership skills. Responsibilities:

Position Summary:
Hanline Foods is seeking a maintenance technician to perform routine maintenance on the machines utilized for daily production, along with general building needs.
Responsibilities:

Position Summary:
Hanline Foods is looking for a Forklift Operator to work at our Shelby, OH location.  
Responsibilities:
&middot;         Operating and managing technical equipment.
&middot;         Managing inventory by utilizing RF scanning equipment.
&middot;         Adhering to safety management standards.
&middot;         Transporting materials to different locations within the facility
&middot;         Prepare pallets for shipment
&middot;         Load and unload fresh produce according to USDA, FDA, BRC and Company regulations.
&middot;         Fast paced, team-oriented work environment.
&middot;         Factory/warehouse setting.
&middot;         Associates are expected to be here every day they are scheduled be on time and stay for their entire shift.
Qualifications:
&middot;         1-3 years of experience
&middot;         Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
&middot;         Must be able to stand for minimum of 8 hours/day
&middot;         Must be able to work minimum of 40hrs/week

Position Overview
The Carrier Sales Representative is an entry-level, high-growth sales role within our fast-paced brokerage operation. In this role, you will develop core skills in carrier sourcing, relationship management, and rate negotiation while playing a critical part in covering customer freight.
You will work in a high-volume, performance-driven environment, gaining hands-on experience in market strategy, pricing, and logistics execution&mdash;laying the foundation forfuture growth and advancement.

What You&rsquo;ll Do

Drive carrier capacity by making high-volume outbound calls to source and secure trucks
Negotiate competitive freight rates and service terms with carriers
Build and grow a carrier portfolio, focusing on long-term partnerships
Coordinate and execute shipments from pickup through delivery with real-time problem solving
Track and manage loads while proactively communicating updates to internal teams
Analyze market trends (pricing, capacity, seasonality) to make informed decisions
Ensure compliance and accuracy of carrier documentation, load details, and transit requirements
Resolve service issues quickly to maintain customer satisfaction
Utilize TMS and load boards to optimize carrier selection and execution
Represent EFS professionally in all carrier and internal interactions

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Plant Manager to lead the daily operations of our Vidalia Valley production facility in Lyons, Georgia. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee a team of 100+ employees while ensuring that all policies and procedures are rigorously followed. You will develop and implement processes that maximize safety, quality, and productivity, driving operational excellence across the entire plant.


Key Responsibilities

Direct plant operations for production, maintenance, quality, and receiving functions
Coordinate plant activities to ensure manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner
Establish and monitor overall plant performance against production and quality standards
Control and minimize production expenses while maintaining operational efficiency
Maintain existing plant facilities and equipment; replace or adjust as necessary to support optimal performance
Provide strategic guidance for the day-to-day operation of the facility
Provide direction, development, and leadership to your reporting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Work closely with Quality Assurance personnel to review product conformity to food safety standards
Monitor operational expenses and research innovative ways to reduce costs while maintaining superior product quality
Maintain and support a superior safety and housekeeping program across all operations
Execute plant manufacturing budgets and financial planning
Analyze workforce requirements and plan staffing accordingly
Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching, guidance, and development to all plant operations team members
Encourage and promote operating in a continuous improvement environment
Remove production constraints by allocating human and equipment resources effectively to attain all established goals



Required Qualifications

7+ years of plant management experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in produce or similar industry
Proven experience and strong understanding of budgeting and expense management with a solid grasp of financial and accounting practices
Strong computer skills including the ability to prepare spreadsheets and proficiently use Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and/or Access) to analyze data and trends
Previous experience and broad understanding of safety systems and enforcement of safety rules and policies
Demonstrated strong leadership, team building, and advanced coaching skills
Demonstrated ability to motivate people, assess employee skills, and develop talent
Demonstrated understanding of the principles and applications associated with manufacturing operations, maintenance, and engineering
Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to balance production and maintenance needs
Excellent interpersonal communication and active listening abilities
Strong adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Ability to work collaboratively with teams and lead decision-making processes in a team environment



Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with food safety certifications (HACCP, SQF, or similar)

o   Maintain regular communication cadence with top carriers 
o   Monthly / quarterly touchpoints 
o   Address carrier concerns and service issues 
o   Understand carriers&rsquo; network, lanes, and growth goals 
o   Quarterly business reviews (QBRs) 
o   Annual in-person meetings / events
