About the Role
This position will test modifications and bug fixes of Made4net software applications/products to ensure they are fit for the purpose intended, work consistently, and are compliant with industry quality standards and company guidelines. The QA Analyst will ensure modifications are fully regression testable and delivered on schedule. The ideal candidate will have extensive real-world experience in 3PL warehousing, either as a customer service representative or supervisor/lead in operations.
Key Responsibilities

Translate functional requirements and specifications into documented test plans, cases and steps applying real world experience to typical usage and misuse of WMS systems.
Rigorously planning, writing and executing test scripts, completing testing in line with agreed time frames, and following documented business processes using the appropriate test management and automation tools.
Execute test plans manually and conduct manual functional and exploratory testing. Perform manual regression testing. Creation of supporting documentation and maintenance of test data, tools and scripts.
Identifying issues, risks and dependencies escalating and managing where appropriate.
To provide product handovers to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
To understand the industry requirements of our customer base and develop a thorough understanding of how those requirements are met by our products/applications.
Continually update skills by learning new technologies or best practices within QA testing or that is relevant to the role.
Evaluate testing methods, tools, or our processes and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications
Education and Experience

High School Diploma required.
Minimum two (2) year&rsquo;s commercial experience working with WMS greatly preferred.
Minimum 2 years&rsquo; experience in a 3rd Party Logistics/Supply chain/Warehousing environment, preferably in a Customer Service Representative or Supervisor/Lead role required.  
Minimum 2 years&rsquo; experience working with a modern warehouse management system/logistics software in a warehouse or distributor work environment required.
Competency with Microsoft Office Suite

Starting Base Salary: $67,000 annually

About the Role
We&rsquo;re looking for a hands-on IT Engineer to join our US-based IT team. Purpose of the Job  


The Project Manager supports the successful delivery of customer implementation projects from initial planning through go-live. In this role, you will coordinate project activities, maintain timelines, monitor budgets, and ensure all quality standards are consistently met. Working closely with the Senior Project Manager and the Director of Project Delivery, you will manage key deliverables, facilitate communication across internal teams and customer stakeholders, and proactively identify and resolve risks or issues.

As an Implementation Specialist, most of your day will be spent answering phone calls and following up on open items to ensure client satisfaction.  


Core Duties and Responsibilities:  




Participate in the definition of system requirements for the implementation of the Made4net suite of products in the Supply Chain Execution space. 






Configure and test those products in accordance with the project requirements. 






Develop and execute test plans for client projects. 






Work with assigned developers where add-ons and customizations are required. 






Prepare and support client acceptance testing. 






Provide clients with training on site and remotely on the use of the systems. 






Prepare, execute and support Go Live activities for clients on, and off site as needed. 






Continue to monitor and assist clients post go live with ongoing training and troubleshooting. 






Work with our support team as necessary on supporting live clients.

Required Qualifications: 

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent 1-2 years of relevant experience working in a customer facing role preferably within software in supply chain or other enterprise systems. 





Familiar with Windows Workstation and Server environments 






Familiar with Web Browser(s) and Web Server (IIS) environments 






Familiar with SQL server databases and programming 






Strong knowledge of office tools 






Familiar use of Remote Desktop and VPN 


Strong technical background is preferred. 






Strong understanding of Software Development and Agile Methodologies 






Experience with Microsoft system tools: Windows, IIS, SQL Server 






Strong written/oral communication and interpersonal skills. 






20% - 30% travel required domestically and internationally

Preferred Qualifications: 




Familiar with Agile methodologies 






Prior experience in warehousing, transportation, logistics and or similar applications experience 






Experience with leading WMS solutions (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, Koerber or similar).

Starting Salary: $60,000 annually
This position offers a competitive salary package that is commensurate with your years of experience in the field and the specific skills you bring to the role.
