The I-9 Verification Agent is responsible for ensuring compliance with federal employment eligibility verification requirements. This role involves entering Section 2 document data, conducting in-person or virtual appointments, verifying employee identity against uploaded documents, and managing E-Verify case submissions, including performing photo matching. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and organized, with exceptional communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter Section 2 information from employee-provided documents into the I-9 system.
Conduct identity verification appointments and compare documents to employee appearance.
Review E-Verify case status and escalate Tentative Nonconfirmations to Verification Supervisor team.
Perform E-Verify Photo Matching to confirm document authenticity.
Maintain compliance with federal regulations and internal policies.


Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in HR or compliance is a plus.

      <description><![CDATA[Position Summary
As a Sr. Product Manager, you will own the roadmap and execution for our suite of Labor Law Poster products and software &mdash; spanning both our SaaS compliance platform and physical poster fulfillment operations. You&rsquo;ll collaborate closely with engineering, design, operations, and compliance experts to deliver intuitive solutions that reduce administrative burden and help clients stay ahead of rapidly evolving regulatory changes. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities

Define and execute product roadmaps aligned with company strategy and client needs
Write concise product requirements (i.e., epics, features, stories, and tasks) that capture the vision, goals, and detailed business requirements of new product features
Gather and prioritize product requirements through customer interviews, market and competitive research, and internal feedback from key stakeholders
Develop business cases for new feature development that balance compliance rigor, business scalability, and financial impact
Translate complex compliance workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, sprint demos, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and continuous improvement
Partner with engineering to ensure clear requirements, accurate scoping, and timely delivery
Collaborate with operations (i.e., subject matter experts), marketing, and legal teams to anticipate regulatory changes and proactively embed them into product definition/design
Maintain internal product documentation (i.e., walking deck, tear sheets, etc.) and contribute to sales, marketing, and operational deliverables (i.e., pitch decks, playbooks, guides, etc.)
Act as subject matter liaison between clients, internal compliance experts, and product development teams to support client onboarding and product adoption
Contribute to go-to-market planning, product positioning, demos, and sales enablement
Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) activities, including scenario creation, test execution coordination, and sign-off prior to release
Define and monitor overall product performance through metrics, client feedback, and adoption rates; adjust feature prioritization as needed
Mentor junior Product Managers on core product management and Agile practices while driving process improvements that strengthen the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the broader product organization

Qualifications

8+ years of product management, client advisory, and/or technical implementation experience in SaaS, HR tech, or compliance-related fields
Strong track record of delivering B2B software products end-to-end
Ability to translate complex legal/regulatory concepts into practical product requirements
Experience with Agile development practices and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira)
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical skills, with ability to use data to drive decisions
Self-starter comfortable working remotely and across distributed teams

Preferred Qualifications

Background in HR technology, workforce compliance, or employment law
Experience working with compliance, legal, or regulatory teams in a product capacity
Experience scaling products in a private equity&ndash;backed or high-growth environment
Experience in software related to e-commerce and/or manufacturing of physical goods (relevant to our Labor Law Poster fulfillment operations)
Familiarity with SaaS metrics and financial modeling
