Solver is seeking an Implementation Enablement Specialist (Technical) to join our growing team. This is an internal build role focused on designing, developing, and maintaining standardized integrations and data connectors that power Solver&rsquo;s industry vertical solutions.
You will own the integration layer, connecting industry-specific data sources to Solver&rsquo;s Data Warehouse and ensuring accurate, reliable, and scalable data flow across implementations. This role requires strong technical expertise, independent judgment, and collaboration across Product, Sales, and Services teams.
What You&rsquo;ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Integration Development & Data Engineering

Design, build, and maintain data connectors and integrations across industry-specific systems
Apply SQL and data modeling best practices to ensure scalable and reliable data architecture
Develop scripts, transformations, and integration logic for accurate data movement

Data Quality & Optimization

Ensure data accuracy and integrity across integrations
Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies and integration issues
Monitor and enhance deployed integrations as systems and requirements evolve

Technical Standards & Documentation

Define and maintain integration standards for consistency and scalability
Create comprehensive technical documentation including data mapping and configuration guides
Lead QA and testing processes including validation and deployment readiness

Collaboration & Enablement

Partner with Product, Sales, Services, and Functional teams to align on integration requirements
Provide technical guidance to internal stakeholders and partners
Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives and internal best practices

What We&rsquo;re Looking For

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience in data integration, data engineering, or related technical roles
Strong proficiency in SQL (T-SQL), data modeling, and ETL concepts
Experience working with cloud and data platforms (Azure, Synapse, Snowflake, etc.)
Knowledge of APIs, ERP systems, and data warehouse architectures
Strong problem-solving, documentation, and technical communication skills
Ability to work independently on complex technical initiatives

Solver is seeking a Partner Development Representative I to join our growing Sales team. In this role, you will generate qualified sales leads by proactively identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers and strategic referral partners through outbound outreach efforts, and passing sales-ready opportunities to Sales teams (industry and partner).
This role focuses on lead generation through targeted outbound calling, email, and other proactive prospecting activities within defined accounts, industries, and markets to support Solver&rsquo;s revenue growth.
You will engage prospects through ongoing outreach to uncover high-level business needs, utilizing targeted and insightful questions to engage decision-makers, share relevant resources, and communicate at a high level how Solver&rsquo;s solutions may address customer needs. You will maintain a working knowledge of Solver&rsquo;s products, solutions, and value propositions to support effective lead qualification and positioning.
This role is not a quota-carrying sales position but is typically incented based on resulting sales outcomes. It is a career-development role within the Sales organization, requiring a moderate level of skill and proficiency in outbound sales development practices. Work involves complex and varied assignments and is performed with minimal supervision, requiring a higher degree of independent judgment and initiative. This role may also provide guidance, mentoring, or informal leadership to junior Sales Development Specialists.

What You&rsquo;ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Lead Generation & Prospect Engagement

Proactively identify and engage prospective customers or potential referral partners through outbound outreach activities, including targeted calling, email, and other prospecting methods
Execute lead generation campaigns across defined accounts, industries, and markets, partnering with vertical leads and partner teams to tailor messaging and outreach strategies
Utilize targeted and insightful questions to engage decision-makers and position Solver&rsquo;s solutions at a high level

Qualification & Opportunity Development

Conduct initial qualification conversations to understand high-level business needs, challenges, and buying intent
Determine readiness for handoff to Sales or Partner teams
Nurture prospects through ongoing outbound engagement and re-engage based on timing and relevance

Sales Systems & Process Execution

Accurately document outbound activities, prospect interactions, lead status, and qualification details within HubSpot CRM
Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, pipeline visibility, and effective handoff of qualified opportunities
Follow defined qualification and routing processes

Collaboration & Enablement

Collaborate closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, partner development managers, and vertical leads
Align on target accounts, messaging, qualification criteria, and outreach strategies
Participate in training, coaching, and enablement activities to improve prospecting skills and industry knowledge
Provide feedback on outreach effectiveness, lead quality, and messaging performance

Solver is expanding its global engineering organization and is hiring a Senior Backend Engineer to join our newly established Philippines development team. What You&rsquo;ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Backend Engineering & Platform Development&bull; Design, build, test, and maintain backend services and APIs using C# and ASP.NET Web API running on Azure Kubernetes.&bull; Develop and optimize T-SQL queries and data access layers with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.&bull; Build and integrate backend services that support AI-powered product features, including GPT-based workflows and intelligent automation.
System Reliability & Issue Resolution&bull; Investigate and resolve issues across development, QA, and production environments.&bull; Contribute ideas that improve system quality, developer experience, and product innovation.
