3. Client Relationship Management:

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client concerns promptly, ensuring a positive client experience and maintaining the company's reputation.

4. Sales Process Oversight:

Proposal Management: Oversee the preparation and submission of bids and proposals, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with client requirements.
Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable contracts, ensuring terms are favorable and risks are mitigated.

5. Collaboration & Communication:
