Key Responsibilities


Team Leadership: Guide and mentor crew members in daily operations, fostering a collaborative and supportive culture.


Regenerative Practices: Execute high-level gardening (weeding, pruning, transplanting), plant installations, and site work (grading/drainage).


Client Interaction: Act as a professional face of TGC, communicating with clients in person and via email.


Documentation: Maintain meticulous job notes and material tracking for invoicing and property history.


Safety & Logistics: Operate tools and company vehicles safely, ensuring equipment is well-maintained.


What We&rsquo;re Looking For


Experience: 3+ years in professional fine gardening or landscape maintenance, with previous supervisory experience.


Knowledge: Intermediate proficiency in fine gardening best practices, pruning, and plant identification.


Technical Skills: Comfortable using Google Suite, email, and mobile apps for data entry and photo management.


Driving: A clean driving record and confidence operating various landscape equipment.


Mindset: Highly organized, resilient to weather/schedule changes, and aligned with our core values: Nature, People, Systems, Education, and Fun.


Physical Requirements:


Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.


Stamina for walking, digging, and lifting heavy objects on project sites.

Key Responsibilities
As a Landscape Crew Member, you will support your Crew Leader in creating and maintaining high-standard landscapes:


Landscape Maintenance: Edging, mulching, and planting (perennials, shrubs, and trees) to ensure health and aesthetics.


Seasonal Cleanups: Leaf and debris removal to keep properties pristine year-round.


Regenerative Practices: Implement the TGC Life-Scape Method and industry best practices.


Safety & Care: Maintain a clean, organized job site and perform daily preventative maintenance on tools and equipment.


Collaboration: Work effectively with the Fine Gardening teams to ensure efficient project completion.


Qualifications


Experience: Preferred: at least 1 year of professional landscape maintenance experience.


Reliability: A consistent and dependable attendance record.


Physicality: Ability to perform physical labor (lifting/carrying 25-50 lbs) in various weather conditions and terrain.


Mindset: An interest in regenerative practices and a willingness to learn our unique Life-Scape Method.
