By integrating airway training into a simple daily behavior, REMplenish supports healthcare professionals, individuals, and families working toward better breathing, quieter nights, and improved sleep over time.
Our vision is to make airway health a pillar of lifelong health - and REMplenish its most trusted authority.
ABOUT THE ROLE
REMplenish is seeking a versatile B2B Marketing & Design Specialist to support the continued growth of our healthcare professional and business-to-business channels. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role will take ownership of day-to-day B2B marketing execution while serving as a key designer for print and digital marketing materials. The B2B Marketing & Design Specialist will work closely with Marketing, Sales, internal subject-matter experts, contractors, and external partners to develop the campaigns, resources, and creative systems needed to support provider education, lead generation, sales enablement, events, and partner engagement.
While the position is primarily focused on B2B marketing, the Specialist may also support select direct-to-consumer marketing and design initiatives based on department priorities and capacity. This provides an opportunity to contribute across the REMplenish brand while maintaining clear ownership of the company’s growing B2B marketing needs.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can move comfortably between project coordination, cross-functional communication, brand development, and creative production. The ideal candidate is an organized marketer, a strong visual designer, and a proactive problem-solver who can turn broad business needs into clear,
polished, and effective deliverables.
The position does not directly manage the Sales function or own sales quotas. Instead, it provides the marketing resources, systems, creative execution, and coordination needed to help Sales and our professional partners succeed.

B2B Marketing and Project Coordination (50%)

Manage day-to-day B2B marketing initiatives, calendars, timelines, and deliverables.
Partner with Sales and internal stakeholders to translate business needs into marketing campaigns and resources.
Develop B2B messaging, email campaigns, lead-nurturing initiatives, event support, and sales enablement materials.
Maintain organized marketing assets, track performance, and recommend process improvements.

Print and Digital Design (40%)

Design print and digital materials, including sales collateral, presentations, educational resources, email assets, and event materials.
Maintain consistent brand standards across all creative work.
Prepare production-ready files and create reusable templates and design systems.
Review materials for quality, accuracy, clarity, and brand alignment.
Support select direct-to-consumer creative projects as needed.

Contractor and Vendor Coordination (10%)

Coordinate projects, timelines, deliverables, and feedback with contractors and production vendors.
Prepare creative briefs, review completed work, and maintain organized project files.
Help determine when outside support is needed and evaluate vendor performance.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Three or more years of relevant marketing, design, sales enablement, or project coordination experience.
Strong portfolio of print and digital design work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, as well as Figma.
Experience creating presentations, print-ready materials, and sales enablement resources.
Strong project management, communication, organization, and attention to detail.
Ability to translate business and technical information into clear, effective marketing materials.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating across teams.
Ability to occasionally attend meetings and events in the Twin Cities area.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in healthcare, medical devices, wellness, or another regulated or technical industry.
Experience marketing to healthcare professionals or other B2B audiences.
Familiarity with email marketing, CRM, CMS, and project management platforms.
Experience coordinating freelancers, agencies, printers, and production vendors.
Additional skills in copywriting, photography, video, web design, or landing-page development.
Experience supporting both B2B and direct-to-consumer marketing.
