Summary of Functions
 
The Project Finance Analyst, reporting to the VP of Project Finance, will be responsible for financial modeling, supporting the Company&rsquo;s debt and tax equity transactions, and supporting ongoing capital calls as well as portfolio management.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
 

Manage and maintain tax equity and debt models required for the company&rsquo;s ongoing capital raising efforts
Collaborate with Dimension&rsquo;s development team, engineers, and accounting professionals to develop appropriate assumptions for project finance models
Assist in due diligence processes for tax equity, construction, and term loan capital raises
Create and maintain investment memos, lender presentations, and project summaries for Dimension&rsquo;s portfolios
Develop and maintain project finance related intelligence (tax equity terms, property and sales tax information, local subsidies, RECs, etc.)
Support the Asset Management team with ongoing operating reports and draw requests

Desire to work in a growing company in the renewable energy field
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field
At least 1-2 years of experience in finance, banking, or power industry
Demonstrated ability to work with complex financial models in Excel
Experience with tax equity and/or term debt transactions in renewables sector preferred
Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possesses self-starter qualities with the ability to work independently
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and prioritize several concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment

 
Physical Demands
 
Though Dimension believes in long term work/life balance, we also believe in short term imbalances. Long hours will be needed from time to time as dictated by deal flow and project deadlines.
 
Location
 
New York, NY, with a hybrid work schedule for 4 days in our NY office Monday to Thursday and Friday remote work from home.

SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS 
Dimension Energy, a leading developer of community solar, is seeking a Commissioning and Controls Engineering Analyst who will monitor and manage a growing portfolio of community solar assets operating across the country. This position reports to the VP of Operations. This role is based at Dimension&rsquo;s head office in Atlanta, GA. 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Commissioning

Dimension Asset Management representative for EPC site turnover through Final Completion.
Remotely support testing, punch lists, and performance acceptance.
Coordinate technical issues with EPCs and OEMs.
Utilize and improve commissioning standards and checklists.

SCADA & Controls

Audit contractor deployment of SCADA and DAS systems. 
Support PPC, inverter, and plant controls validation.
Support fleet retrofit and controls improvement projects.

Operations Readiness

Develop processes to improve utility witness test readiness (inverter and relay settings)
Audit EPC technical documentation ahead of major milestones
Manage equipment credentials and Remote Access
Asset Onboarding to internal systems
Prepare sites for O&M handoff.

 
 
QUALIFICATIONS:

Position Summary
The Solar Materials Inventory Manager will be responsible for managing all logistics activities, supporting warehouse operations, negotiating operational freight and warehouse rates, and maintaining accurate inventory control and documentation. The role plays a critical part in ensuring that equipment and materials are moved efficiently and accurately between suppliers, warehouses, and project sites, while providing defined procurement support for minor equipment logistics services and analytics. This is a hands-on role managing inventory and ensuring operational efficiency across the supply chain.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly organized, proactive, self-driven, collaborative, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, detailed-oriented, sensitive to timeliness of tasks and enjoys working cross-functionally with project teams, suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners. We are looking for someone that is enthusiastic about inventory management and WMS implementation.


Key Responsibilities
Logistics

Management of equipment deliveries to project sites and warehouses. Request, confirm, and track delivery dates and delivery requirements with project managers
Liaise with carriers, warehouses and Third-Party Logistics (3PL) to monitor progress on deliveries, plan deliveries, monitor inventory provide feedback on invoices. Support urgent or emergency logistics needs (e.g., shipment of replacement or spare equipment)
Identifying and securing storage space for upcoming equipment

Warehouse & Inventory Management

Ensuring Dimension's equipment inventory remains current and accurate by verifying and maintaining records on incoming and outgoing shipments
Develop and implement inventory control procedures to improve stock accuracy, reduce shrinkage, and minimize material loss
Coordinate and document goods receipts in alignment with warehouse records
Conduct periodic physical inventory counts and warehouse visits
Monitor inventory discrepancies and escalate issues as needed
Prepare and provide monthly inventory reports for the accounting team
Record shipment data such as origin, destination, rates
Review warehouse invoices for pallet counts, rates, and cost allocations by project
Track material movement from receipt through deployment to project sites and final consumption
Lead warehouse organization initiatives to improve efficiency, safety, and material accessibility
Analyze inventory performance metrics, including inventory accuracy, carrying costs, material utilization, and obsolescence
Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
Review suppliers' contracts along with the Legal team
Providing support in emergencies like sending spares or additional equipment if original equipment is damaged
Forecast material requirements based on project schedules, installation volume, and business demand
Supporting Procurement by following up with suppliers and updating files
Create and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions

Commercial & Rate Negotiation

Negotiate operational freight, transportation, storage, and warehouse handling rates with existing carriers and 3PLs within approved scope and budget
Support updates to logistics and warehouse rate agreements in coordination with the Procurement Manager
Review of warehouse invoices for pallet counts, rates, and cost allocations by project and flag discrepancies
Will work directly with the Procurement Manager for new logistic providers, long-term agreements, or rate changes exceeding approved thresholds

Documentation & Administrative

Prepare and organize logistics and procurement-related documentation (e.g., Purchase Orders, packing lists, shipping and delivery documents)
Maintain organized, accurate, and traceable records to support audits and internal reviews
Ensure alignment of documentation across Purchase Orders, goods receipts, and invoices

Procurement Support

Will work closely with the procurement manager to ensure there is alignment between procurement and logistics and assist with procurement tasks
Prepare Purchase Orders for minor equipment, including non-critical, low-value operational items such as plastic pallets, spare parts, and replacement components, based on approved requests
Follow up with suppliers on delivery status and required documentation
Other duties as assigned



Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, International Business, or equivalent experience
At least three years of experience in a shipping warehouse managing inventory
2-3 Years of experience in inventory control
Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail is a must
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Able to work in a diverse team environment
Customer service skills
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in transportation and shipping
Strong data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, dashboards, forecasting tools)
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Adobe



Preferred Qualifications

Inventory Control Management experience
Warehouse Management experience
Knowledge of Logistics Management
Knowledge of the renewable energy industry

The physical demands of this position require an individual to be able to work at a computer for most of the day, as well as being able to participate in conference calls, Microsoft Teams meetings, and occasional travel to team retreats and warehouses from time to time. Work Arrangement
This role will be located at Dimension's Atlanta headquarters. Our team is in the office on Mondays-Thursdays and works remotely on Fridays. The role requires travel as needed based on business demands up to 25%.
