Title: Program Assistant, Stage 1 Child Care Program

Administrative Offices - Mid Wilshire, Los Angeles
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours/week
Hybrid Schedule 2 days/week in office / 3 days work from home

 $17.00/hr. + DOE, Plus Comprehensive Benefits (see below for benefits details)

Primary Duties: To provide administrative support to the Stage 1 Child Care Program; inclusive of maintaining parent and child care provider data, generating reports as needed and customer service assistance

High School diploma or equivalent               
Minimum two years previous experience in office administration or related fields.
Strong Customer Service skills. Ability to work effectively with people from diverse economic and ethnic backgrounds.
High level of oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Windows based programs and data entry experience
Competency with written and spoken English
Basic math competency
Familiarity with basic office equipment
Preferred: Bilingual English/Spanish, English/Armenian or English/Korean.
