Elevation Property Management, LLC. is hiring a Part-Time Front Desk Clerk for our managed property, Lutheran Apartments in St. Petersburg, FL. The Front Desk Clerk is responsible for answering the phone and greeting people as they enter the building. They are the first representation of our property and its management company as they greet those who call and come to Lutheran Apartments. They are responsible for answering the phone, taking messages, assisting with entering work orders and traffic into Onesite.

Job responsibilities:

  • Front desk receptionist by answering the phone and triaging calls for leasing, maintenance issues and those who need Property Manager assistance.
  • Filling out guest/traffic cards, inputting prospect information into Onesite to include phone calls and property visitors.
  • Takes work order needs for maintenance and inputs and prints those work orders for maintenance to address.
  • Keep ample copies of signup sheets, applications, and other paperwork to handout to guests.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute packages and parcels to residents from various couriers including U.S.P.S.
