FrankCrum Staffing has a client with an immediate opening for a full-time Business Processor position. The location of this job is on the Oldsmar/Tampa line.
Job Purpose:
Enter data into proprietary database using a web interface to meet monthly deadlines.
Job Duties
- Enter data by inputting alpha / numeric information using an established process and via a web based interface
- Maintain daily and weekly data entry requirements to ensure monthly deadlines are met
- Performs routine clerical duties as directed within department
- Generate correspondence to customers, answers incoming phone calls, responds to inquiries
- Must be able to process at least 125-150 contracts a day
Skills
Strong data entry skills (50 WPM ),strong organizational skills, 2 year minimum experience in clerical / data entry environment, attention to detail, good verbal and written communication skills, ability to multi-task in fast paced processing center, quick learner, proficiency in Microsoft Office a plus
