Clason Point Partners Inc. has an immediate opening for an experienced Team Lead with high quality standards and attention to details to oversee the delivery of Administrative Support Services to an existing customer government agency. The Team Lead will oversee quality and service delivery and be responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.
Responsibilities include:
- Overall management of the contract performance at worksite location.
- Ensuring quality work is completed on schedule.
Requirements:- Experience working in/with the Department of Defense
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
- Undergraduate Degree preferable
- 5 years of professional experience (including 3 years of supervisory / management experience)
- Excellent communication skills
- High Proficiency with Microsoft Suite including SharePoint
