Employment Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
a Front End Developer. Will work in a fast paced, small business environment, maintaining and updating the front end applications for our Big Data Platform (BDP) tools.
​​​​​​Basic Qualifications:
  • Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of front end applications
  • CSS / HTML/ Javascript coding for front end UI features and effects
  • Troubleshooting customer reported issues in applications and providing support
  • Engage in quality assurance testing with an emphasis on troubleshooting cross browser client issues
Preferred Qualifications
B.S. Degree in Computer Science or related field.  Educational requirements may be adjusted for applicable work experience.  Work experience may be adjusted for highly specialized knowledge or uniquely applicable experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience with Javascript / HTML / CSS / along with jQuery / AngularJS or other frameworks
  • Familiarity with Git and Jira or other version control and issue tracking software
  • Comfortable working on a Linux command line
  • Self-motivation; Ability to multi-task and prioritize open issues/ tickets accordingly
  • Problem solving skills and ability to review information and compile data appropriately as needed
Clearance Requirement
  • A current U.S. government security clearance is desired, but not required on day 1.  Will be processed for a Secret level clearance and therefore all candidates must be a U.S. Citizen.
Background Screening/Check/Investigation:  Successful Completion of a Background check will be required as a condition of hire.
