    The Director of Nursing which will oversee our highly skilled nursing team at Thompson and oversee medical services on our Residential Psychiatric campus and our outpatient med management clinics. 

    This position would be a part of the Senior Management team in the organization and report directly to the Vice President of Residential Services. 

    Ideal leader will be quick, dynamic, trauma-informed, high-energy, a leader of people and someone with exceptionally high expectations for quality. 

    Minimum qualifications are to be a licensed RN in North Carolina, 5 years experience in the field, a Bachelors Degree, and supervisory/leadership experience preferred. 

    Thompson Child & Family Focus will require proof of a COVID-19 vaccination as a part of the background screening and credentialing process for all applicants.
