FrankCrum Staffing is currently recruiting for a Project Manager/Customer Liaison role for our client in Largo, FL. This associate will be in direct contact with new clients and preferably have knowledge of the window and door industry. 
 

• Handles all of the new residential customers that come to them to have windows and doors installed
• Main liaison that customer deals with from start of project to finished install
• Answering the phone in the office and setting up appts
• Handling the paperwork when new customer is signed on
• Booking the job with a tech and creating a new customer account
• Communicate with home owner every step of the way
• Send tech out for measurements
• Must be very friendly and professional; This is the face of the company
• Excellent organizational skills
• Salary/rate depends on skills and experience
• Full time permanent position
