The successful candidate will be responsible for daily servicing of clients including new and renewal business processing and maintenance of exceptional customer relations with the client. Regularly interacts with new and existing clients as needed. Responsible for devising creative solutions to meet client needs as to coverage. Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment on accounts including but not limited to: interviewing clients; collecting and analyzing information regarding the client and assisting in product determinations; affecting, interpreting, and implementing various company policies with regard to the specific factual circumstances of each client. Reviews processed policies as needed; services clients in a timely manner; and, performs such other duties as are required to establish, service and maintain accounts.

Essential Functions/Activities:

• New business quoting, proposal, sales and development
• Account rounding and retention of existing clients
• Use experience, discretion and independent judgment to conceptualize and implement solutions to meet client needs
• Collect and analyze client information
• Regularly interacts with clients in a professional and timely manner
• Review processed policies as needed
• Participate in marketing and sales meetings
• Daily service to clients - endorsement requests, general coverage questions
• Manage and retain existing book of business
• Review and process renewals, new policies and policy changes
• Handle questions, research and resolve problems
• Adhere to agency customer service standards
